Chris Brown and Rihanna just cannot seem to stay out of the headlines. Last night, things just got even more intense. Brown and Drake were both at WIP in New York City when a fight between their crews ensued, in which five people were injured. NYPD arrived at the club after receiving a call between 4 and 5am. Neither Brown nor Drake were there when cops arrived. The fight is said to have been over Chris’ ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, who Drake supposedly has hooked up with.

Luckily no one as seriously injured- just bumps, bruises and lacerations, but bottles were thrown and fists are said to have been thrown. Brown received a pretty nasty gash on is chin after getting hit with one of the thrown bottles. Check out the smashed glass all over the floor in this pic:

Breezy took to Twitter following the altercation, tweeting a photo of his injury and this, ”How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol… Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!.” They have both since been removed from his timeline.

Wow. Neither camp has released a statement about the incident yet…Stay tuned…

Erykah Badu is not happy and she surely has made that known. Earlier this week, Badu’s fans were surprised after seeing the very explicit video for the Flaming Lip’s “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, featuring Badu as a guest vocalist.

Badu called the video a “tasteless, meaningless, shock motivated video” and took to her Facebook to release a message to the video director, Wayne Coyne. She said the video was prematurely released without her consent and breached her contract with the group.

Well it looks like things are working out in Halle Berry’s favor in regards to her custody dispute with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. In a recent custody evaluation, Halle was deemed the better parent, which means she may be able to move to Paris with Nahla after all. A psychologist evaluated the former couple, as well as Nahla, and determined that Aubry may not be able to care for their daughter the way that Halle would. A judge will decide a custody arrangement later this month – but after this recent report, all signs are pointing to Halle winning full custody with Gabriel being granted visitation rights.

Former NBA star, Allen Iverson wants his estranged wife thrown in jail. He says Tawanna Iverson raided his home when he was out of the country.

Allen recently filed a motion for contempt in Georgia against Towanna, saying he was in Asia earlier this month for a basketball event, and when he got back to his house, he said she had “cleaned house.” The documents stated that she gutted his home- “pillaging furniture, art, memorabilia … and a large sum of cash.” Though he asked her to return his things, she has yet to do so. Towanna filed for divorce last year and just last month she asked for a restraining order saying Allen was threatening her.

Now, the tables have turned. Allen wants HER thrown in jail and wants his things back. He also wants to bar her from going into his house.

So far, no ruling has been made.

Tawanna Iverson, estranged wife of NBA star, Allen Iverson, has asked a judge to issue a restraining order against him. In the legal documents, she stated that Allen ”has engaged in increasingly contemptuous, threatening, and disturbing behavior” over the last few months. Tawanna says he has been harassing her and her family. Also Tawanna claims that Allen is hiding a lot of money from her and she wants it to end. Ao far, no word from Allen on the protection request.

Tawanna and Allen, who were once high school sweethearts, were thought to have reconciled, but it appears things are again rocky. Together they have 5 kids following a 10-year marriage.

After all of the recent drama on “Basketball Wives” with Nia Crooks slapping Jennifer Williams across the face and Williams in turn filing a lawsuit, people are now starting to take action against the foolishness. A petition has been started to boycott Evelyn Lozada’s new spinoff show and Star Jones is speaking out on the embarrassing actions of these women.

Crooks, Evelyn’s assistant, got into it with Williams on a recent show and it seemed to be the last straw- glasses thrown, tables jumped- people just seem to be sick of it. Check out just a portion of the online petition:

Evelyn Lozada is a bully. The violence on ‘Basketball Wives’ is horrible and disgraceful. This is not a hate petition against Eveyln Lozada. We simply will not support violence. It hurts to see violence amongst women on television for entertainment purposes. It is not OK for women to hit each other on TV.

Just about every altercation and argument on the show has involved Evelyn in some way, shape or form. From the yelling match on the season 4 premier against her former bestie, Jen, to the table climbing and hair pulling in the last couple of episodes, the woman has a problem for reals.”

The petition asks viewers to write and call into Viacom asking to stop the released of “Ev & Ocho,” Evelyn’s spinoff show with fiance Chad OchoCinco.

Jones, former “The View” co-host, took to her Twitter to give her reaction to these women and their antics.

It may be ‘comfortable’ to be quiet when women of color slap the crap out of each other & run across tables barefoot, but #ENOUGHisENOUGH.”

About to put together a group of sisters to finally ‘tell the truth’ about the image of women of color in the media.”

And the thought that the woman from #BBW who was smacked doesn’t have the RIGHT to file assault charges is LUDICROUS! You NEVER give up your right not to have your ‘person’ intentionally assaulted unless you are participating in an agreed physical activity.
