Woman Faces Jail Time for Loud SEX?????

A 48-year-old British woman faces jail time over have loud sex with her hubby. WTF???!?!?!  According to the Huffington Post, Caroline Cartwright is a woman that enjoys sex with her husband who ignored a prior warning she was issued regarding the sounds and has now pleaded guilty to noisy love making. The noises coming from Cartwright’s home  has been described by her neighbors as sounding like “murder” and “unnatural”.

According to the UK’s Press Association Cartwright says,

“I did not understand why people asked me to be quiet because to me it is normal. I didn’t understand where they were coming from. I have tried to minimize the situation by having sex in the morning – not at night – so the noise was not waking anybody.”

Cartwright is scheduled to be sentenced on January 18^th.

WOWWWWW…. God Bless America!! Because ladies… y’all know that we can be loud sometimes. Of course, not be– I’m just sayin’…

Tyson Says Assault Self Defense

Mike Tyson’s publicist says the former boxing champ was only trying to protect his wife and 10-month-old child when he punched out a photographer at L-A-X Wednesday. But the paparazzo says, in a video posted on T-M-Z, that he “wasn’t aggressive, I was shooting from a distance, and I was respectful.” He says his videotape of the altercation backs up his claim.

Damnnnn Gina, You know a lawsuit against Tyson will be coming next. The guy actually has the knockout on tape. Open and shut!!!……hmmm maybe he should sell it to pay per view so that we can witness one last Tyson K.O.

Katt Williams Update

Comedian Katt Williams has officially been charged with burglary and criminal trespassing by a magistrate in Coweta County, GA. He posted bond last night which was set at $41,150. Barry Hankerson has so far not stepped up to deny the burglary charges and set the record straight on the comedian’s staying at his Georgia home.  What’s odd is that if Katt Williams had been a guest for the last month, that Hankerson’s employee wasn’t aware of that.

On another note, TMZ has obtained a 911 call made last week when a 17-year-old kid told authorities that Katt Williams was holding him against his will at a Georgia residence.

The call was made around 9 PM on November 3 from a house in Coweta County. The caller says he had a car waiting to take him to the airport — but Katt “wouldn’t let our ride take us there” and “threatened to beat me up.” The caller says he’s not sure if Katt is armed with a weapon. 

This is not the first time we’ve heard stories of Katt exhibiting suspicious behavior. Maybe the chemicals from his perm are getting too strong!!

Katt Williams Arrested For Burglary & Ol’ Dirty Bastard Documentary Comes To Life

Comedian Katt Williams has been arrested and thrown in the slammer in Georgia on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. A deputy at the jail in Coweta County, southwest of Atlanta, confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment this afternoon.

The deputy did not have access to a police report to provide more details. Williams’ real name is Micah Williams. He’s known for his appearances on BET and HBO, including an HBO special, “Katt Williams: Pimp Chronicles Part 1,” which was shot in Atlanta. He also had roles in the movies “Friday After Next” and “Norbit.” 

****UPDATE***** 4:36pm

Comedian Katt Williams was a guest — not a burglar — at the Georgia home he is now accused of breaking into with a crowbar, his lawyer told CNN. The house in question, is a horse farm in rural west Georgia, owned by record producer Barry Hankerson.

Katt Williams has been living in the Coweta County, Georgia, home for nearly a month while filming a movie produced by Hankerson. He was arrested early Monday after an employee of Hankerson’s — Daniel Paul Broach — called police and reported Williams had broken into the home with a crowbar, and allegedly stole $3,500 in jewelry and collectable coins, which his lawyer said “we absolutely deny….Mr. Williams wears more than that in jewelry on his person,” . Briggs said Williams argued with the employee, thus prompting the burglary report.

Kim Kardashian is OVER it! & Jacked By The Staff

Reports have been surfacing about who could have robbed Kourtney Kardashian’s home this past weekend. Sources were stating that it had to be an inside job for someone to break into her gated community and rob over $100,000 worth of jewelry and sentimental items in under two hours. Now mom Kris Jenner and her sis Khloe Kardashian are speaking out about the robbery. And guess who they think did it….REALITY SHOW STAFFERS!!!

“Here’s the thing. We’re in principal production on a reality show [with] cameras rolling at all times. So somebody had to know exactly what time to get in and get out. When cameras weren’t rolling. It was just very interesting, the timing. They knew what they were going in for. There were laptops laying on her bed; nobody touched the laptops.” Kris says.

With Khloe adding, “And they knew what was real jewelry and what was costume jewelry. They also knew her alarm system was down at the time.”

Judging from the look on Kim’s face in these flicks, she may be OVER all the cameras and hoopla….

Pregnant Kardashian Got Robbed!

On Saturday evening, Kourtney Kardashian returned to her Calabasas townhome at about 8:30 PM and discovered that she’d been robbed. According to police reports, the thieves made off with thousands of dollars worth of jewelry - Kourtney’s Cartier watch worth around $30,000, an expensive Rolex owned by her boyfriend, multiple diamonds including diamond hoops. And, worst of all, she’s missing some vintage jewelry her dad, Robert Kardashian, left her.

Leona Lewis Get’s Smacked….Poor Baby!!

Uber talented British songbird Leona Lewis got straight-up slapped in the face yesterday at a signing for her new autobiography. She was immediately taken to the doctor and from what I hear she was in major pain from the unexpected wallup. I hope security scooped the bastard up and handled him PROPERLY.

Here’s what is being reported by The Sun:
A 20-something dude went to the trouble of waiting in the long line just so he could slap her. One of Leona’s friends said, “Leona was utterly shocked and appalled as it came out of nowhere. The man queued up patiently, then as soon as she signed his book he smashed her in the face. He didn’t say anything to her and she is at a loss as to why anyone would do such an evil thing. She is devastated as she comes from quite a humble background and loves meeting her fans. She was doing a three-hour signing and planned to sign hundreds of books. She’s been taken to a Harley Street doctor by her record label as she needs to be fixed up as it was quite a punch and she’s very dainty.”

Hmmm.. what would cause a person to go coo-coo for cocoa puffs, haul off and smack the daylights out of a talented beauty like Leona?????? Well personally I blame the radio stations for playing her “Bleeding Love” song a trillion times per day. By the 6th time I hear it in the same hour I swear I wanna smack SOMEBODY……not Leona. BUT SOMEBODY!! On a serious note, this is national domestic violence awareness month and this is a reminder that its NEVER okay to assault a woman, or anyone for that matter.

Usher Calls The Cops on Tameka

According to TMZ, Usher Raymond recently called the po-po on his soon to be ex-wife Tameka Foster accusing her of sneaking onto his property and scratching up one of his cars. (Damn have things really gotten this ugly?? Say it ain’t so)

Law enforcement sources tell us when officers arrived at the scene, Tameka Raymond was nowhere to be found.Police later interviewed both Tameka and Usher — but determined there was no evidence or witnesses to substantiate Usher’s claim.

But the drama didn’t end there — law enforcement sources tell us Usher called the cops on Tameka a second time several days later, complaining that Tameka again got onto his property and wouldn’t leave. By the time cops arrived, Tameka had already split.

Tameka’s rep says: 

“This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It’s simply an angry ploy that has no merit. Tameka’s own truck was scratched but it’s not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it’s not even Usher’s car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?”

Police say Tameka has been cleared of the possible vandalism charges. There has been no evidence or witnesses to tie Tameka to the incidents or to support Usher’s claims.

Soulja Boy Arrested

Rap star Soulja Boy was arrested in Georgia Wednesday night after authorities say he ran from a police officer. According to sources, Here’s what went down:

An officer went to check out what was believed to be an abandoned house in the Henry County area, after he was told there were a bunch of people hanging out in the backyard.

Cops say when the officer rolled up to the home, he saw some women walking towards the yard and asked them to stop, but when they didn’t, he followed them into the yard.

The officer says when he walked inside, he saw roughly 40 people in the yard  and when they saw the cop, half of the people immediately booked it out of the home, including Soulja Boy.

The people who stayed in the party claimed they were at the house for a “music video shoot.”

The cop says Soulja eventually returned to the home to retrieve his Range Rover  and that’s when he was arrested for obstruction of justice … a misdemeanor.

The BIG question is ‘why did they run?’ The cop sounds like he was overzealous in that situation, but on another note Soulja needs to be arrested for wearing this much damn jewelry………….

Method Man Arrested

 

Clifford Smith, better known as rapper “Method Man,” was arrested on tax evasion charges (again).  Meth surrendered himself to the NYPD Detective Squad of the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office this morning, District Attorney Danield Donovan, Jr. and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Acting Commissioner Jamie Woodward announced.

The 38-year-old rapper, who is a member of the platinum-selling rap group Wu-Tang Clan, is alleged to have failed to pay $32,799.00 in personal income tax for the years 2004 through 2007, not including additional accrued interest and penalties.

Child Abuse or Stern Parenting??

This video has been circulating on you tube of a mother pulling her child around a Verizon Wireless store on a leash…..doesn’t sound too bad right? That’s until you find out the child was being dragged by his neck as he lay limp on the floor. She’s now being charged with a felony…..

If she was willing to do this in public, can you imagine what she may be doing to the child at home???

Rappers in Trouble With The Law

Juelz Santana was arrested the other day at his New Jersey home on charges that he threatened to kill his wife, according to Teaneck, New Jersey police sources.  I’ve known Juelz for sometime and I was shocked to hear that he was married….maybe it’s because he’s not. A rep for the rapper dismissed the charges, insisting Santana isn’t married and explaining, “He has problems with people in his complex, they hate on him because he is a rapper with big cars.”….Like Biggie said, mo money= mo problems.

In Yonkers, New York cops raided an apartment leased to Jadakiss on Friday and came away with a huge haul of drugs and cash. Six pounds of marijuana, five grams of heroin and 40-thousand dollars were seized in the raid, and two men were arrested. A spokesperson for the Yonkers police department said Jada was “not wanted at this time.” But I know Jada is nervous as hell considering the property is in his name and rappers seem to be bulls eye targets for the police department.

Eleven days after being sentenced to life in prison for killing a teenager at a Louisiana nightclub in 2002, rapper Corey “C-Murder” Miller has been sentenced to 10 more years in prison for two unrelated attempted murders at a Baton Rouge bar in 2001. The time Miller has served under house arrest will be subtracted from the latest sentence, and Assistant Attorney General David Caldwell said, “He probably served the vast majority of his time already. I don’t like it, but he’s entitled to be credited the incarceration time he has served already.” My question is…. why even bother giving someone another ten years when they have already been sentenced to life in prison? Thats like bringing a pack of now and laters to the candy store…useless.

Diddy Protege Stabs Husband

Someone catch me before I faint!!! Former Making of The Band Contestant Sarah Stokes went buckwild on her husband the other night and stabbed him in front of their children. I spotted this drama over at YBF:

According to TMZ:

Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony — she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it. She hurt her head in the fall — grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm — while their 3 kids watched.

Sara’s lawyer says:

“Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured.”

Now who among us believe Sarah “tripped and fell?” I’m willing to put money on betting Tony went upside her head and then she went for the shank. Nevertheless, she can never undo the damage this has probably caused her children. She’s in for a long haul with the law over this…..just ask Keke Wyatt.

Madoff Trapped For A 150 YR Bid

New York former financier Bernie Madoff was sentenced this morning to the maximum amount of jail time of 150 YEARS in prison for his 65 BILLION dollar scandal that left thousands of investors broke…

Serves him right!! He was wrong for stealing all of that hard earned cash from those people and he MUST pay for his actions. Madoff’s attorney’s asked the judge to consider a 12-year sentence last week, and rightfully so the judge threw that idea right out of the window.

Bernie Madoff is currently 71-years-old, so it’s safe to say that he’ll spend his remaining days alive behind bars… Finally justice prevails.

Aubrey O’Day: Help I’ve Been Robbed

Playboy Pinup/ Former DK member, Aubrey O’Day claims a robber stripped her of her clothing.

O’Day says she was robbed this week while on her way to film a segment for the TV Guide Channel. Aubrey says she was walking down an alley near the building when “someone ran behind me and stole everything I was holding” — including an expensive dress by designer Zac Posen.

Left without a proper outfit, Aubrey says she was forced to wear whatever the TV Guide people had handy.

(Blank stare) This is a shameful publicity stunt if I’ve ever seen one.  What robber runs by and steals someone’s clothing?? All they want is money and jewelry…………and MAYBE the playboy magazine that she still totes around like the bible.

And what on earth is this Tory Burch clutch matching?
