Comedian and star of “Real Husbands of Hollywood,” Kevin Hart, got a DUI this weekend. Reports state that Hart almost slammed his Mercedes into a gas tanker due to speeding. California Highway Patrol said he was “driving erratic” and “almost collided with a gas tanker truck.”

Upon being pulled over, officers said Hart appeared to be intoxicated and couldn’t perform the field sobriety tests. He was then arrested for a misdemeanor DUI and released on $5,000 bond. Following his release, he tweeted,

I did 6,000 push ups & 13,000 sit ups while I was in the pin….shout out to my celly “Mark” we exchanged war stories LMFAO … When the cop asked me to take the sobriety test I said “WHY WASTE OUR TIME…I’M DRUNK MAN” …..#TrueStory…On some real sh*t….drinking & driving is not a game or a laughing matter. People have lost lives because of stupid sh*t this! This is a wake up call for me, I have to be smarter & last night I wasn’t….everything happens for a reason….”

There are two more celebrity victims of the “swatting” prank: Rihanna and Diddy.

911 calls placed sent the LAPD to the homes of the singers this week and upon arriving, the officers found nothing to be awry. Wednesday, the prank was played on Diddy and a dozen cop cars sped to his Los Angeles home after receiving calls that someone was shot inside the house. Yesterday, LAPD officer Bruce Borihahn confirmed that a call was placed saying someone was shot outside of Ri’s Pacific Palisades home. In both incidents, neither celeb was home at the time and no one was hurt.

“Swatting” is a prank where someone calls 911 in regards to a celebrity’s house which causes a SWAT team to arrive at the scene. These pranksters apparently find this to be funny, but police are looking at this as a serious matter and continuing to investigate.

Other “swatting” victims have included Rihanna’s boyfriend Chris Brown, Kris Jenner, Miley Cyrus and Paris Hilton.

Gucci Mane has an arrest warrant out against him following an incident March 15th in an Atlanta nightclub.

Mane allegedly beat a soldier over the head with a bottle, and all he asked for was an autograph with his fave rapper. The man had just arrived back from serving in Afghanistan in October and was celebrating his birthday at Harlem Nights with friends when he approached the security guard outside the VIP section and asked for a photo with the rapper. He said,

I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle. And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face.”

The soldier had to get 10 stitches to close the wound on his head.

Lt. Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department said,

We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault. So I’m sure after he sees this, I’m sure he’ll want to reach out and contact us.”

Rapper Too Short has just been arrested for DUI after he allegedly ran from the police.

Short, whose real name is Todd Anthony Shaw, was pulled over in Los Angeles for a traffic violation, but upon approaching his car, cops felt he was under the influence. Police tried to administer a breathalyzer test, but Too Short took off and ran, tripping down the street. He was caught and placed under arrest. He blew a .09, a tad bit over the .08 legal limit.

As if this story already isn’t crazy, it’s being reported that Too Short tried to dump drugs he had on him in the back of the police vehicle.

Too Short is currently being booked for DUI and felony narcotics possession.

Rick Ross’ Rolls-Royce smashed into a building early this morning on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. Reports are saying the rapper was the passenger in the car, which was trying to escape gunfire that was targeted at his Rolls. Ross was said to be with a female in the car, but neither were shot. There were reportedly “dozens” of shots fired at around 5am, and while no bullets hit the Rolls, multiple buildings were hit from the gunfire.

Cops haven’t made any arrests with the shooting, and have yet to identify suspects, but they are currently in the middle of the investigation.
