“Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star, Lil Scrappy, was arrested yesterday in Atlanta, Georgia for violating probation.

Scrappy was seen being handcuffed and taken into custody on the side of the road. The 28-year-old was booked at the DeKalb County Jail.

Scrappy was on probation following a marijuana conviction back in 2008. He was sentenced to five years probation and part of the order was that he stay away from using or possessing alcohol or illegal drugs.

He went right to Twitter and tweeted out,

I just got locked up pray for me”

Scrappy, whose real name is Darryl Raynard Richardson, is reportedly still in custody. The rapper has been charged with a felony probation violation.

Well, it looks as though Chad Johnson’s troubles just got worse. According to the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida, Chad’s officially been charged with misdemeanor battery after he allgedly headbutted his wife, Evelyn Lozada following a heated argument last month.

If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail.

Chad is currently refusing to sign any divorce papers, claiming he loves Evelyn and they will work it out. Evelyn seems to think differently and at the time she filed the papers she claimed their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

After just 41 days of marriage, Evelyn Lozada has filed for divorce from Chad Johnson, following his arrest for allegedly head-butting her over the weekend. In the legal documents, she claimed their marriage is ”irretrievably broken.”

Lozada’s lawyer, Michael B. Gilden, said in a statement,

Given the recent events that have taken place, Evelyn has decided to file for divorce and move on with her life.”

Johnson also is speaking out for the first time since the incident and he expressed that he still loves Evelyn.

I am going to let the legal process run its course. I wish Evelyn nothing but the best, I have no negative words to say about her, the only thing I can say is I love her very much.

I will continue to be positive and stay training hard for another opportunity in the NFL. I appreciate all my fans and supporters and if I have disappointed you in any way, you have my sincerest apologies. Once again I will continue to stay positive and appreciate all the support during this tough period in my life.”

In the court papers filed on Tuesday, Lozada says the two had a premarital agreement, but asks that Johnson pay for her attorney fees associated with the divorce.

Evelyn Lozada is speaking out for the first time since her husband Chad Johnson was arrested Saturday night for domestic battery. He allegedly head butted her, which resulted in a large 3 inch facial cut across her forehead. She spoke exclusively to “Entertainment Tonight.”

It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday. I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I’m grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time.

Reports are saying Chad “did not have any visible marks or bruises” and he is saying Evelyn head butted him.

Things have been spiraling downward for the two since the incident- Chad was cut from the Miami Dolphins, their spin-off reality show, “Ev & Ocho” was cancelled, and I am sad to report that Evelyn’s brother-in-law, Anthony Ochoa, who battled cancer for a long time, passed away last night. Anthony was able to walk her down the aisle at her wedding last month, which was something Ev had always hoped he would be able to do. In a statement to TMZ, she said,

Anthony was an amazing husband, father, and brother-in-law. He will be dearly missed.”

So, it seems as though the honeymoon was short lived for Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada. Reports state that the couple got into an altercation Saturday night at their home in Davie, FL. Chad was arrested for allegedly head butting Evelyn who suffered lacerations on her forehead. Yikes!!

According to the Davie Police Department, the argument started when Evelyn confronted Chad with a receipt showing that a box of condoms was purchased.

The SunSentinel released a statement from Dale Engle, a Davie Police Department rep states:

Johnson and his wife went to a restaurant for dinner. They returned home and she found a receipt for a box of condoms, Engle said.

An argument ensued, Engle said.

“It gets pretty heated,” Engle said. “By the time they get home here in Davie it’s pretty heated. She alleges he leaned over and head butted her. He says she leaned towards him and that they butted heads. Needless to say she has a good laceration on her forehead.”

When cops came on the scene Lozada, a star in VH1′s Basketball Wives reality series, had lacerations on her forehead, and Johnson was arrested.

Johnson remained in jail as of late Saturday night, and was likely to be transferred to Broward County Sheriff before midnight. The spokesman said Johnson would not be released until he appears in front of a judge, which could be as late as Monday morning.

Updated reports state that Evelyn was released from the hospital and Chad from jail, but he was ordered to stay away from Evelyn.

SMH. Domestic violence is never ok. I hope things can get settled peacefully.

There is A LOT of drama going on at Katherine Jackson’s house in Calabasas, and details have begun to come out. Yesterday, photos from a surveillance camera showed what appeared to be the family arguing. Then the cops were called.

Sources are saying that Randy, Jermaine and Janet followed a car that had Paris, Prince and Blanket inside the gates, and supposedly didn’t have the authority to enter. They wanted to take the kids to Arizona where their grandmother is “resting.” Paris wanted no part of it and that’s when all hell broke loose.

According to TMZ,

Our sources say at one point Janet tried to grab a resistant Paris’ cell phone, a scuffle ensued and Janet slapped the teenager, screaming, “You’re a spoiled little bitch!” We’re told Paris fired back with her own slap and told Janet, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!”

At the same time, we’re told Trent Jackson, who was at the house, tried to stop an aggressive Randy and Jermaine. We’re told Trent put Randy in a headlock and punched Jermaine in the mouth.”

Wow. I know this is not what Michael would have wanted for his children.
