Reality stars Derek J and Neffe Pugh, Keyshia Cole’s sister, were caught in the middle of a shooting in his Buckhead, Atlanta salon.

Neffe came to Derek after she was not satisfied by how her hair turned out at another salon. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stylist would not say exactly what was wrong with it but did say it was bad. They reached out to the stylist at the first salon and that is when things began to turn ugly.

Her hair was messed up to the point that we didn’t know what to do. So I was just like, reach out to the stylist and say, ‘Hey, what did you use, what did you do? It turned from just a professional conversation to more of an argument, but we thought it was done.”

The other stylist proceeded to come to Derek’s salon, The J Spot.

We knew it wasn’t going to be a good thing when he came. We thought it was going to be a quick exchange with words and then he was going to be gone. So, nobody really knew he would pull out a gun.”

He did fire a shot into the floor and then split. Police are still looking for him.

Actor George Clooney has been arrested outside of the Sudanese embassy in Washington D.C. He was leading a protest when he were taken away by secret service agents. Clooney was reportedly handcuffed and placed into the back of a police car. Clooney’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, released s statement saying,

They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children. They were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world.”

Sources are saying a dozen people were arrested, which included a congressman, leaders of the human rights community, Sudanese citizens, and George’s dad, Nick Clooney. The group was protesting Sudan’s blockage of supplies and humanitarian aide.

Actress Halle Berry is taking her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Gabriel Aubry, to court over charges for child endangerment.

The incident involves the couple’s daughter, Nahla, 3, and her nanny. According to a LA Police Department report, TMZ found that it all began after Aubry did not take Nahla to school. The nanny, who works for both parents, went to the school to pick her up, only to find that she wasn’t there. Once arriving at Aubry’s house to pick up the child, she addressed the situation and Aubry is said to have become irate and pushed her out of the door, while she had Nahla in her arms.

The nanny then filed a police report. The report states Aubry screamed, “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.”

Wow. Not good to scream in front of a young child like that whatsoever.

Law enforcement as well as child protective services are investigating child endangerment and battery.

Halle is expected to go to court and ask a judge to prohibit the 36-year-old model from seeing Nahla until everything has been investigated.

Halle’s rep had no comment and no word yet from Aubry’s camp.

Last week we told you about Vanessa Bryant filing for divorce from La Lakers Kobe Bryant. According to the National Enquirer, Vanessa is now allegedly claiming Kobe cheated on her with at least 105 women throughout their 10 years of marriage. 105!!!!! No wonder she is leaving him!

A source said,

[Vanessa] estimated that he was averaging at least 10 affairs a year with different women over the course of their marriage and puts his number of conquests at 105. The lies and deceit hurt, of course, but racking up those kinds of numbers is mind-blowing and left her devastated. And when she discovered he was cheating during the recent NBA lockout, that was the final straw. her private detective caught him redhanded with incriminating photos.”

Nicole Murphy, has lost half of her $7 million divorce settlement from Eddie Murphy due to a con man.

Her name was kept out of the court’s paperwork but there was a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles last year and she was named the victim of Troy David Stratos’ fraud. Stratos was arrested yesterday and was charged with 11 counts of wire and mail fraud, two counts of money laundering and one count of obstruction of justice.

Stratos is said to have convinced Nicole to invest her money overseas. He was also helping her sell her multi million dollar CA estate. Needless to say, he never invested the money, instead he deposited it straight into HIS bank account. He also convinced her to lease luxury cars to make her property look more appealing to potential buyers. Stratos lived in the house and drove the cars, all free of charge.

Stratos is currently in jail waiting for his bail hearing which will take place later today. If he’s convicted he can face up to 20 years in prison for fraud and up to 10 years for the money laundering.

Reports out of the Fulton County Sheriff’s office are saying that Usher’s baby brother, James Lackey, was arrested a few weeks ago and charged with cruelty to children, domestic violence and reckless conduct. James spent two days behind bars before he was released on $5,500 bail.
