It’s no secret that Tiger Woods‘s ex-wife Elin Nordegren has “been through hell” since her husband’s sex-capade with over a dozen of women. After months of hiding, Elin has decided to break the silence. In a recent interview with People magazine Elin confessed that she and Tiger tried patch up their marriage, but she decided marriage can’t exist “without trust and love.” 

Here’s what she had to say:

I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children. I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself. My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal.

We also got our hands on an interview from NBC’s “Today” show, which aired this morning with People magazine’s reporter Sandra Sobieraj Westfall.Westfall reveals that Elin’s camp reached out to them and wanted to get three things straight:

1. She’s not violent and never hit Woods
2. She had no idea this was going on
3. It was a real marriage for her.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren’s divorce has been finalized. The specifics from the settlement, however, have not been released to the public. Rumors say that Elin can expect to receive between $100 – $500 million dollars in cash and assets. Now take that to the bank! Pow!

The former power couple issued the following statement:

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” they said in a statement released by attorneys. “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

Damnnn Tiger…now that it’s all said and done, was it worth it? Were all of your blonde ambitions worth what you’re faced with now– DIVORCE??

What happens in the dark always comes to the light. The Dream is still trying to explain why he was frolicking with another woman while still married to Christina Milian. In a public letter of apology posted to his official site today, The Dream says he feels the need to come clean and take full responsibility for his actions. Check it out below….

First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can’t know purpose!

I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn’t successful, but today that is between me and Christina.  Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.

I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile!  I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn’t for anyone to know.  I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that!  There was so much going on in me and Christina’s personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing.  Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone’s feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time… This is Life.  Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I.  I am not proud that I lost something we once had…LOVE!  I’ve always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself.  My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child.  I’m sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved!  If there’s anyone to blame and you can’t fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront!  Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!

This is not to justify anything, it’s true emotion! It’s a real thing that involves real people!  I’ve cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I’ve tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming.

But I was reminded by my MOTHER that I am not “Superman” and its okay to lose sometimes…

This too shall pass! And everything will be fine!

So I’m sure you all heard about Alicia Keys and her baby daddy fiancé, Swizz Beatz in the headlines. Well in lieu of the announcement of their  upcoming nuptials, VIBE magazine had the opportunity to sit down with Swizzy’s ex, Mashonda, to see what she had to say about the whole thing…….

VIBE: How much of a burden is it to be referred to as Swizz Beatz ex-wife, rather than Mashonda?

“I can’t wait until that goes down. I hate that when [Swizz and Alicia Keys are] doing something I always come up. I can’t wait for the day when we’re both in our own worlds. I’m a separate person and just want my own identity.

VIBE: How did you even find out that they were engaged and she was pregnant? Please don’t tell me the blogs.

I knew these things for a couple of months… I never talked to him about it though. It’s his life, but people talk. Nobody is nobody’s friend when it comes to stuff like this. There are people in their circles that talk and it gets back to me and I’m like ‘Wow, okay.’ I still feel like we should tell each other…No, I don’t care. I don’t give him the vibe that I care, so he wouldn’t feel obligated to tell me.

VIBE: Does it hurt listening to her now? Were you an Alicia Keys fan?

I believed her before.  

VIBE: And now?

I don’t make it an effort to listen. I don’t make it an effort not to listen. I still like her songs. She’s head over heels in love and I get it. Every woman deserves to feel that, not at the expense of another woman though. But I understand why some of the decisions were made on her part, because her heart was so in it…People are always going to love her for her music, as they should. She makes great music, but no one is really ever going to understand what happened in this house. Bottom line, the rule is, if you’re messing with somebody, you don’t know they’re married, and you found out they’re married if you come into any contact with that wife, leave it alone… respect the woman, respect the wife…And that’s what I dealt with for a while, until I gave up.

The marraige is OVA!!! I guess Dream wants us to meet his new boo….

Good lawd!! Can ANYONE value the sanctity of holy matrimony anymore??? This morning pictures surfaced of The Dream canoodling with his assistant on the beach…that’s right his assistant!! He was palming her ass cheeks and everything. The chicks name is Melissa and to make matters worse, she was once a buddy of Christina’s…..

Just hours after the photos surfaced, word hit the net that Dream and Christina Milian actually split months earlier but decided not to go public. Here’s his official statement:

Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.”

Ok so even if they were already split, don’t you think it would behoove him to be a little more discreet considering the media had NO IDEA!?  This seems like a blatant but lame attempt to humiliate Christina. For God sake they haven’t even been married a year yet & she JUST had their baby. This sh*t gets me heated. Why is it that men wanna dip out on a sista when she’s preggo or trying to lose the baby weight that THEY ASSES helped us pack on!?!

Word on the street is that our girl Brandy is feeling a little salty after her and Flo Rida called it quits, and rumor has it that he’s now seeing top model Eva Marcille. According to In Touch Brandy isn’t too pleased with the new hook up either!

In touch weekly says:

She’s telling people that she split up with Flo Rida to focus on her own busy life, but Brandy, 31, is actually heartbroken after her man left her for model Eva Marcille. “Brandy just cried,” a friend tells In Touch. Though her rep says, “They were only good friends and not dating,” the friend adds, “She really liked him. She had no idea he would just move on.” Flo Rida  has been publicly stepping out with America’s Next Top Model star Eva, 25. The pair dined at Brandy’s favorite Beverly Hills spot, Crustacean, a few days after cuddling backstage at the BET Awards on June 27.
