Actress Gabrielle Union can finally exhale….

In May we spilled the juice that Dwayne Wade‘s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Wade, filed a lawsuit with “claims” that Gabby & Dwayne “engag[ed] in sexual foreplay” in front of their two sons, causing the eldest to seek “medical treatment.” As of last week, Gabby and her beau Dwayne are “drama free.”

In case you don’t remember, Siohvaughn stated that Dwayne and Gabby were “getting busy” during an unsupervised visitation at his Miami home. The “catch 22″ is that the actress wasn’t even in the state of Florida nor Illinois when each of these allegations are said to have taken place. I guess this COULD be possible if Gabrielle had telepathic powers huh…NOT!

Gabrielle’s lawyer says:

The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System.

This lawsuit was a total waste of time and if you ask me, it was also a lame attempt by Siohvaughn to try and cause headache to the two lovebirds. Whew the drama baby mamas bring. I got three words, “Chick sit down!”

Yet again another person is trying to take the Queen of daytime TV to court…

A former employee, Catherine Dunn is suing Big O’s OWN network for creating a “hostile work environment.” Dunn suffers from multiple sclerosis and claims she was forced to take a leave of absence when “her MS symptoms were exacerbated because of the workplace stress.” During her leave, Dunn claims she was replaced by “a non-disabled and younger employee” and now she’s seeking unspecified damages.

Actress Jennifer Freeman attacked her NBA hubby Earl Watson with her teeth! According to reports, the “My Wife and Kids” actress went ballistic after her husband went through her phone.  Earl claims that Jennifer received a “suspicious” text at 11pm so he checked her phone, after which, she lost it and went straight savage style on him.

Freeman began hitting him “forcefully twice in the face with her right open hand” and then she “grabbed [his] wrist and bit…breaking the skin, leaving teeth marks and drawing blood.” If that wasn’t enough, homegirl went for his chest and bit him again drawing blood. Hot dayum!

Earl Watson immediately announced he wanted a divorce and full custody of their 10-month-old daughter. Luckily the two were able to solve their differences and have “plans to make their marriage work.”

The question I have is this…what the hell was she trying to hide?

Last season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was pure drama and chile’ you can anticipate even more for Season 3. If you haven’t heard already, entertainment lawyer Phaedra Parks and model, Cynthia Bailey have joined the cast of the lovely Georgia peaches. We’re told Phaedra bumps heads with Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak when she offers them a few tidbits about the entertainment industry. Hmm…and we all know that Nene is one force to be reckoned with. *side eye*

According to RadarOnline.com:

Both women will play major parts in the new series as producers try and spice things-up for the viewers. Cynthia will actually get married on the show while Phaedra will be seen clashing with both NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak. She will be more of a ‘fire-starter’ and viewers can expect to see some pretty big arguments going down. The producers are excited by the two new arrivals and only completed filming the new series within the past couple of weeks – they believe they have some strong and colorful material.

As we previously reported cast member Lisa Wu Hartwell decided to chuck the deuces. After producers wanted to “spice” her character up a little bit because she lacked drama, Lisa decided to bounce. Wifey to retired NFL star Ed Hartwell, we can expect to see Lisa in a few episodes when Season 3 debuts later this year on Bravo, but that will be about it.

A little birdie revealed:

Lisa is definitely out. The producers want somebody more exciting in the future who will ‘spark-off’ the other women. They feel that they have gone as far as they can with her and Season 3 will most definitely be her last on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Dang that’s too bad. Well I can guarantee you that my eyes will be glued to the screen. I’m grabbing the popcorn and my body pillow cause it’s going to be on and poppin’! Owww!

Here’s part two of the drama that unfolded on The View with Whoopi Goldberg and the White House ’Gatecrashers’, Michaele and Tareq Salahi…..

Yesterday we reported that Whoopi allegedly “hit” Michaele Salahi while being interviewed on the daytime talk show, until it was confirmed by ABC and the VIDEO TAPE that is was a mere nudge.

Today we learn that the Salahi’s are thinking about suing Whoopi and The View for defamation. The Real Housewife of DC star is heated that she was branded as a “gatecrasher” during Wednesday’s taping. She claims that she was called a “gatecrasher” at least five times during the segment. Michaele also claims that the producers of the show turned on the applause light when Sherri Shepherd told Michaele that “[she] should be in jail.” This is crazy! 

Salahi’s lawyer Lisa Bloom says:

All options are open right now. I believe she was defamed.My client is not a criminal and she has not been charged by anybody for any crime. You can’t call someone a rapist or a murderer when there are no charges against them. So why is it OK to defame my client?

Whoooaaaa now this seems to be a bit much and Whoopi isn’t falling for this ish either. After Michaele claimed that Whoopi snatched her up, Whoopi decided to check her on it:

F*** this, f*** that, Did you say I F***ing hit you?

Soon after the Salahi’s attorney says they never claimed Whoopi hit her, but that Salahi had been startled by her.

I make no apology for my choice words… her husband got in my face, had his BlackBerry out and started taking pictures of me. Needless to say I really went off then and there were even more choice words. They were so choice you could have cut them with a knife and eaten them.

Did Whoopi open up a can of “whoop ass???”

Yesterday White House Party crasher Michaele Salahi accused Whoopi Goldberg of slapping hitting her on the The View.  While Michaele was being interviewed, Whoopi allegedly came on the set and “nudged” Salahi when she was avoiding questions about crashing the State Dinner. *side eye*

After the show, the Salahis accused Whoopi of “hitting” Michaele and verbally assaulting them backstage. 

Roll the tapes!!!!!!! …….after reviewing the episode, it was proven that Whoopi only lightly touched Michaele’s back during the interview.
