Their marriage lasted just 72 days, but it took a whopping 581 days to finalize Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce.

A judgement was made in Los Angeles Superior Court which ended the marriage. No other details have been revealed but sources say the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place, which likely means Kris didn’t walk away with a dime. Kim’s estimated net worth is $40 million. The divorce settlement had been reached on April 19th which meant Kris didn’t get the annulment he had wanted.

Kim is expecting a baby girl, her first child, with rapper Kanye West in July so I know she must be so relieved to be finished with all this legal drama.

Last week DMX was interview on the season two premiere of OWN’s “Iyanla: Fix My Life.”  X is saying that the interview was supposed to be about his addiction to women, but that Iyanla “tricked” him and her questions were focused around his extensive drug use.

Reports are saying that DMX has  “contacted his team to explore legal options” and wants all the footage of his episode removed from OWN immediately. He said,

Iyanla set the whole thing up to make me look bad for ratings. That lady is toxic … My last words to her were that she can suck my d**k and she still can.”

Rumor has it that the rapper is also unhappy with his publicist who released the below statement after the footage aired.

DMX agreed to be a guest on ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life’ with the understanding that she would be helping his relationships with his ten children. When he arrived for the taping, most of the content was focused on his struggles with drugs and poor parenting. Iyanla did not “fix” DMX’s life just made his image worse, and does not have DMX’s personal written consent to use the footage.”

It appears the year and a half long drama-filled divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will be settled today sources say.

Humphries’ case had lost all steam because there was no way to prove Kim committed fraud when she married him. Kim is set to show up in court today when the settlement is announced, but Kris is not expected to be there due to preparing for the NBA playoffs. According to reports, both parties will pay their lawyer fees and not exchange any money amongst themselves.

A quite absurd fact in their “relationship”… the divorce battle went on for 536 days. Kim & Kris… married for just 72 days. *side eye*

Rough landing for Olivier Martinez last night in Los Angeles.

Halle Berry’s fiance got into a physical altercation with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport following a trip in Hawaii with Halle and her daughter Nahla. As they were leaving their terminal they were bombarded by photographers and Martinez was none too pleased and he got physical. Reports state that Halle was asking the paparazzi to keep back saying, “Get away, there’s a child d … what the f**k is wrong with you people?” One photographer didn’t listen and although the pair made it to their waiting SUV, Olivier took it amongst himself to go back and kick him multiple times in the leg and the wrist. Berry was able to restrain him and get him in the vehicle before things got uglier and they sped off.

As we all know, Martinez seems to have a temper on him. Last Thanksgiving he got into a scuffle with Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. I do understand that the paparazzi may be overwhelming to celebs especially when there’s a child involved, but I still don’t believe violence in any form is the answer.

No word if the photographer will press charges of any sort.

Michael Jordan’s ex-girlfriend and the alleged baby mama of the boy she says is his 16-year-old son, has released a statement as to why she suddenly dropped the paternity case against Jordan.

Pamela Smith shocked pretty much everyone when she dropped the case especially since Michael had tried to get the case dismissed days prior and was denied. Smith also asked for a DNA test to be taken by the former NBA star immediately but they never got that far.

Well, now Smith is speaking out via her lawyer, Randy Kessler. Her statement reads:

Ex-Girlfriend of Michael Jordan, Ms. Pamela Smith authorized a dismissal of the current suit against Mr. Jordan. She began this case without an attorney, did her best to file what she believed to be a legally appropriate case. She then hired our firm. Our firm reviewed the legal posture of the case, the history of the case, the filed pleadings and the relevant law. Ms. Smith has relied on our advice, has carefully considered the pro’s and cons of continuing the case and has determined that dismissal at this time, without prejudice, is what is in her son’s best interests.”

Back in February, Smith filed the paternity suit in Fulton County, GA, saying she had sex with Jordan while he was still married to his ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy, and she became pregnant.  In June 1996, Smith gave birth to Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds. The Hall of Famer stuck by his word that the claim was a “shameless, bad faith attempt to abuse the legal system.”

Now, my question to you is whether or not you think Jordan paid her off to get her off his back or is she just couldn’t handle all of the legal drama? Sound off.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore has responded to Walter Jackson’s allegations that she and Jackson never dated.

On the show, it appeared the two were a couple and that Walter was the reason Kenya moved to Atlanta, but Walter went on record yesterday saying that there was never a relationship between them. He said Kenya approached him asking him to ‘play’ her boyfriend so she could get cast for the show. Well, Kenya appears to have her opinion on this as well. Check out the statement she released:

The truth is and has always been that I want to be in a loving, honest, long-term relationship with someone who genuinely loves me for me — Walter’s recent statements are completely false. I am embarrassed that I allowed a deceitful and hateful person in my life. He says he ‘did it for fame.’ I’ve been humiliated enough by appearing desperate for a man to marry me who now admits he had his own agenda. I urge viewers to stay tuned because the truth will come to light. I am moving on from this situation and hope he can as well with respect and dignity going forward. I have heard the fans and my friends loud and clear … I can do better than Walter, and I will.”
