It appears the year and a half long drama-filled divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will be settled today sources say.

Humphries’ case had lost all steam because there was no way to prove Kim committed fraud when she married him. Kim is set to show up in court today when the settlement is announced, but Kris is not expected to be there due to preparing for the NBA playoffs. According to reports, both parties will pay their lawyer fees and not exchange any money amongst themselves.

A quite absurd fact in their “relationship”… the divorce battle went on for 536 days. Kim & Kris… married for just 72 days. *side eye*

Deion Sanders has been awarded primary custody of his three children with his estranged wife, Pilar.

They’re been involved in a nasty custody battle for some time now, but it appears that 11 of the 12 jurors ruled in the former football star’s favor. He received full physical and legal custody of his 13-year-old and 11-year-old sons.

Both sides had been arguing for sole custody of all three of their children, but the jury gave the ex-couple share physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old daughter. Following the ruling, they both took to Twitter. Pilar tweeted her surprise,

God’s Love Endures Forever! The Lord Is My Strength and My Song!” I’ve never seen anything like this! WOWOWOW!”

And Deion tweeted his excitement,

GOD IS SO GOOD AND FAITHFUL! !!! GOD IS SO WONDERFUL! TRUTH … Thank all of you whom prayed for me and my children. The Truth is what it is. Never doubt God! Truth … Thank all of you whom prayed for me and my children. The Truth is what it is. Never doubt God! Truth”

Deion and Pilar still are fighting over the finances in their divorce.

Apparently, it’s not over… ’til it’s over.

Chris Brown & Drake are continuing on with the legal drama over their brawl at a New York City nightclub last June. They managed to avoid criminal charges, but aren’t done dealing with the repercussions.

According to the NY Daily News, both Breezy and Drake’s lawyers filed responses regarding a lawsuit that was filed by model Romain Julien. They’re both trying to place the blame on one another and deny they were responsible for the injuries Julien supposedly suffered following the fight at W.i.P.

Reports state that Brown’s filing says “anything that happened to Julien was caused by  unidentified individuals who were unassociated with Brown and not by Brown or any individuals under his control.” Drake’s camp states, ”any injuries and/or damages sustained by the plaintiff (Julien) were the result of the unforeseen and unforeseeable criminal acts of persons not under the control of.”

W.i.P owner, Entertainment Enterprises, is also being sued by Julien.

The fight was said to be over Rihanna, whom Drake had some sort of relation with when she wasn’t with Brown. And, as we all know, Chrianna is currently back together again. So, does that make Brown the winner anyways??

Can’t these two just play nice?!?! How long is this hoopla going to continue on for???

Chris Brown may be in serious hot water… again. The district attorney in Los Angeles filed a motion claiming that Brown lied about completing the community service that was ordered by the court as punishment for his assault on Rihanna back in 2009.

Part of his plea deal in which Brown received five years probation for allegedly “choking, biting, and repeatedly punching” his then girlfriend, he was to perform 6 months of “labor-oriented” service, as well as take part in domestic violence counseling for one year. His attorney told the court that Breezy did in fact complete the 1,400 required hours, but the DA say’s that’s far from the truth and that there is ”no credible, competent or verifiable evidence that Defendant Brown performed his community labor.” Also, the Richmond Police Department has admitted that there wasn’t always a member of the force on hand to supervise Brown during his schedule work time and sometimes, no one was supervising him.

Mark Geragos, Brown’s lawyer, says these accusations are completely ridiculous.

The D.A’s office has apparently lost their minds and apparently they can’t read their own reports which clearly state he did the work. They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory claims against my client. They should be embarrassed.”

Brown also has other probation violations against him, including his recent scuffle with Frank Ocean, throwing a chair through the “Good Morning America” window, and testing positive for marijuana.

We will have to watch as this all plays out…

Tony Parker says Chris Brown is a thug.

Let’s take things back a bit. Last year there was a brawl at an W.i.P. nightclub between Chris Brown and Drake’s crews. Bottles were smashed, glass everywhere, tables flipped. Parker, who was at the club at the time of the fight, is suing W.i.P. for $20 million, claiming they shouldn’t have let Brown in that night. Though he was not involved in the fight, Parker suffered a scratched cornea from the incident, just because he was in the vicinity. He alleges that the eye injury could have ended his NBA career.

Now, Parker has filed new documents that claim Brown’s fight with Frank Ocean, in a Los Angeles parking lot last week, proves that Brown flies off the handle… a lot. He says that Brown is not fit to be in social settings, especially when alcohol is involved. The misdemeanor battery case against Brown was dropped when Ocean decided not to press charges.

Not sure if Parker will win this lawsuit, though he does make a point when he says Brown does tend to lose his cool, because as we’ve seen from his altercations with Rihanna, Drake, and Ocean, it’s not just a one time thing.

Ex-NFL player, Deion Sanders, and his estranged wife, Pilar Sanders, were back in court this week and things didn’t go so well for Pilar. She’s lost temporary custody of her two sons, but will retain custody of their daughter. The boys have been living with Deion throughout this court process. Pilar also got hit financially and her child support has been cut in half, from $10,500 to $5,500 a month.

Following the court hearing, Pilar said,

I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.”

Pilar said she won’t stop fighting for full custody, and feels she’s falling “victim of Deion’s celebrity status.” Her publicist, Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said,

Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.”
