Ex-NFL player, Deion Sanders, and his estranged wife, Pilar Sanders, were back in court this week and things didn’t go so well for Pilar. She’s lost temporary custody of her two sons, but will retain custody of their daughter. The boys have been living with Deion throughout this court process. Pilar also got hit financially and her child support has been cut in half, from $10,500 to $5,500 a month.

Following the court hearing, Pilar said,

I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.”

Pilar said she won’t stop fighting for full custody, and feels she’s falling “victim of Deion’s celebrity status.” Her publicist, Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said,

Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.”

Singer-songwriter Frank Ocean tweeted out that his father, who left him when he was just 6 years old, is looking to sue him for quite a large amount; one million dollars to be exact.

He wrote,

Father wanna sue me for a million. Like I owe him back child support. Weak individual bought me a swiss knife at 6yrs old then dipped on me.” Big question: What could the lawsuit possibly be about??!!

That tweet has since been deleted, and replaced with,

I got his DNA though, maybe I inherited some of his karma too.”

Back in June, Ocean also tweeted about his estranged father.

Just found out my absent father’s been cyberstalking me, hi dad.”

Ocean also recently revealed that his hit album, Channel Orange, may be his first and last as he hopes to write a novel. Ocean has made quite an impact in the music industry and I know his fans definitely would like to hear more, myself included.

It looks as though Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry finally agreed on something.

Yesterday, their lawyers met in court and reached an agreement in their on-going custody battle over their daughter Nahla, 4 1/2.

Berry’s attorney read a statement that said, ”The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.” Other details of the new agreement are not known.

Gabriel Aubry, still bruised from the brawl he had Thanksgiving day with Olivier Martinez, Halle’s fiance, appeared in court. He wore sunglasses to cover his battered face. Martinez and Berry were not in attendance. There’s an ongoing investigation into the fight and Aubry is listed as the instigator, but whether or not the case is handed over to prosecutors, that remains to be seen.

Yesterday, we reported that Royce Reed, formerly of “Basketball Wives” was seeking $100K in legal fees from her baby daddy, NBA baller, Dwight Howard, to fairly fight in their custody battle. She stated Howard makes a monumental pay compared to what she is able to currently put forward to fight him in court. People always judge those who are in the public eye, and Royce was receiving a lot of flack, including many saying she was being a gold digger, so she decided to explain why she filed the motion against Dwight and why it’s in the best interest for her son Braylon. She tweeted the following, along with the below photo,

We will never struggle… Period! Braylon will always have the best! That’s what I fight for!”

NO mother wants their child taken away from them and that’s just real talk.

Royce Reed, the mother of Dwight Howard’s young son, wants the NBA star to pay HER $100K to cover her legal fees. She says he should put forward the cash for her for the simple reason that he can outspend her.

The two have been intertwined in a nasty legal battle following Howard’s filing for sole custody of 5-year-old Braylon Howard. According to documents filed in Florida, Royce, who will no longer be featured on “Basketball Wives,” says she cannot afford her legal bills, while Howard is said to earn over $1.3 million a month. With that being said, Royce feels it’s just not a fair fight since she is strapped for cash.

The documents also state that so far Royce has a bill of $44,113.50 and could add on another $60K if she continues to fight, which of course, her being a mom, she will fight for her son.

A judge has yet to rule.

Halle Berry has lost the custody dispute over Nahla to her ex- Gabriel Aubry, and will be unable to move their daughter to France, where she is trying to start a new life abroad with fiance Olivier Martinez.

Berry, 46, was looking for permission to move Nahla, 4, to France but was denied. Berry’s reasoning behind this was because France has strict policies towards the paparazzi as well as privacy, and she wanted to protect her daughter.

Halle told InStyle,

Because we are followed all the time, she is starting to feel like she is somehow special, and of course she is. But I want her to understand that she’s special because of who she is, not because she was born into this celebrity blender.”

Aubry fought against this motion since it was first propositioned, and sources say Halle was never going for full custody, but that there were many unresolved issues between the parents. They had been together for four years before splitting, and have been battling ever since.
