Beyonce & Jay-Z Packing Their Bags

Jay Z and Beyonce are officially leaving New York.

I told you weeks ago that Beyonce was on the verge of signing a $300 million, 3 year deal with Las Vegas’ Wynn casino. Well now we hear that the deal is all but completed, and if everything goes according to plans it will be announced early next year.

Under the terms of the deal, Beyonce will have to perform two to three times a week at the casino. And that means that her and Jay Z will have to set up a permanent residence in Sin City.

They’re not wasting any time doing so, either. According to our insiders, Jay and Beyonce are currently house hunting in Vegas as we speak. They even looked at one 10,000 square foot mansion just down the street from boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Gotta admit, it’ll be kinda strange having Jay Z in Vegas instead of New York. I guess baby bottles and dirty diapers will have to wait a few more years. Beyonce can’t be pregnant and strutting her stuff across a Vegas stage.

Alicia Keys & Rihanna Break The Bank For New Years

A source tells Page Six that Rihanna is getting paid a whopping $500,000 to perform at a New Year’s Eve bash at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi — her first-ever performance in the Middle East. The source said, “She was supposed to perform back in May [in Abu Dhabi], but she cancelled in the aftermath of the assault. This is a make-up date.” 

But Rihanna’s not the only one who will be raking in the big bucks on New Year’s Eve. We hear her fellow Jay-Z collaborator, Alicia Keys, is getting paid a cool $250,000 to throw a holiday concert in Manhattan. A rep for Keys declined to comment on any details regarding her plans, saying they hadn’t yet been finalized.

Tyra Banks is Stacking Chips!!!

According to MSNBC, Tyra Banks is currently the top-earning prime-time television earner on the FORBES list having made $30 million dollars in the past year with her various television projects.

Here’s what they had to say:

America’s Next Top Model’s” Tyra Banks, who lands atop our list with estimated earnings of $30 million during the 12-month period. The supermodel turned super-personality serves up her unscripted model competition series on the CW as well an eponymous daytime talk show (also on the CW) and frequent cameos (most recently, on “Gossip Girl”). Off camera, Banks acts as a producer on a host of shows, from ABC’s “True Beauty” to the CW’s since-canceled “Stylista.”

Other paid divas that made the list include Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl ($18 million), Desperate Housewives‘ Eva Longoria-Parker ($9 million) and 30 Rocks’ Tina Fey ($7 million).

Jay-Z and Beyonce Scuffle with Paps on Vacation

It appears that the Carters got into a little scuffle with the paparazzi while vacationing in Croatia. Of course the rich and fab couple voyaged out on a private yacht into the waters and make visits on their mainland wherever they choose… well someone must’ve tipped the press that they were in town and the end result was Jay-z caught on camera flipping the bird to one of the camera men.

Vanessa WIlliams : I’m A Botox Babe

Vanessa Williams not only admits to using Botox, she’s signed on to promote it. The Ugly Betty star has teamed up with pharmaceutical company Allergan to launch the Botox Cosmetic Express Success Campaign to educate people about the treatment.

She tells Jet magazine, “The purpose for me is to maintain looking like myself. I am not trying to look like anybody else. I am not trying to change anything; I just want to maintain looking like who I am.”

Jada Talks About Her Sex Life With Will

If you ever get the chance to have Will and Jada over for dinner, don’t be surprised if you walk in on them having sex somewhere in your home!!

Jada Pinkett Smith told sources when raising three kids, you have to take your opportunities when they come, which occurred one evening while in route to the Academy Award’s in the back of a limo. She recalls missing the red carpet that night, as well as her make-up session after a steamy session took place and also says having sex at a friend’s house keeps relationships alive as does getting intimate in cars or workplaces.

We’ve been hearing secret murmurings about Jada and Will’s freaky open relationship for years. But I think this was the first time she’s been so “open” about it. I was hoping she would let the cat out the bag entirely. Perhaps she’ll give us more when she does publicity for her next show……But whatever works!! At least they’ve managed to stay together.

Rappers Rake in The Bucks

Jay-Z tops Forbes magazine’s Hip-Hop’s Cash Kings list. The Brooklyn-born rapper pulled in an estimated 35-million dollars over the past year.

Although that’s nearly 50-million dollars less than her earned last year, it was still enough to topple last year’s king, 50 Cent, who came in at number-four this year. 

Sean “Diddy” Combs and Kanye West round out the Top 3 with 30-million and 25-million, respectively.

Others making the list include Akon (20-million), Lil’ Wayne (18-million), T-Pain (15-million) and Young Jeezy (six-million).

Damn Gina…..can somebody loan me a dollar?!

Weezy may have to raise up off some of that loot he just earned. Lil’ Wayne is being sued by a concert promoter who says he missed a show because he was catching Zs. In a suit filed yesterday in the Bahamas, Red City Entertainment says it gave the rapper 210-thousand dollars in advance as part of a half-million-dollar fee for a show last September. But when Weezy didn’t show, police went to his hotel and found him fast asleep. All that sex he’s been having must’ve worn him out eh?

Michael Jackson: Funeral Details and more….

AEG and reps for the Jackson family just announced a memorial service for Michael Jackson will take place at the Staples Center on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. 11,000 tickets will be distributed free of charge to the general public. A private funeral will be held at an undisclosed location for close family and friends.

According to TMZ, a $25,000, solid bronze, 14-karat gold plated, custom casket has been ordered for MJ’s burial. This is the same rare casket used to bury James Brown.

New Yorkers claim to have seen Michael Jackson’s face in a weird cloud formation over Manhattan. Watch the video for yourself and be the judge….

Sources close to Justin Timberlake say the star is 100% taking a break from his live- in girlfriend Jessica Beil. “They’re still sort of together but the relationship is in trouble”. You know what that means…..booty calls are still in effect.

 Oprah Winfrey decided to celebrate her 55th birthday by taking over a popular tourist attraction in Barcelona to hold a party for 1,700 of her employees and their families.

Her guests are to spend three days in the northeastern Spanish city before being treated to a 10-day Mediterranean cruise.

They will travel from Barcelona on the Norwegian Gem liner, which has space for 3,000 passengers, to Italy, Turkey, Greece, and Malta.

The Chicago Sun Times said last week that Winfrey is paying for everything from transportation to food to “special activities” at a cost of about 5,400 dollars (3,900 euros) per person. That adds up to a whopping $9,180,000.

In 2005, the billionaire talk show host, actress, producer and magazine publisher took her staff on an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii.

Oprah Gets Demoted…So Why Is She Smiling?

Forbes has released it’s annual 100 Most Powerful Celebrities list and the champion, Oprah Winfrey,  has been kicked out of her #1 spot by none other than Angelina Jolie. (That doesn’t even make sense to me but whatevs).

Forbes claims Angelina beat Oprah’s billions because of the media frenzy she had the past year: good will deeds, 2 1/2 hit movies and of course, pushing out some cute twins.Her total net worth for the year was $27 million. 

Meanwhile,  dropping to the #2 spot, Oprah Winfrey raked in $275 million this year alone.

Damn Gina!!! I’d welcome #2 any day if it meant raking in that type of moolah.

 Madonna came in at #3, followed by Beyonce, and finally Tiger Woods.

Surprisingly Will Smith didn’t make the top 5 this year. However, President Barack Obama debuted on the list at #49.

So essentially they’re saying there are 48 people more powerful than the President of our country……lolol say it ain’t so! Money trumps all.

Nick Cannon is about to shut haters down in a major way!!!!!!

Sources tell me that in a few days Nick will be announcing a joint venture with Def Jam Records. He‘ll be President of a subsidiary teen label under the major brand. This is a smart move for the company considering he just became president of Teen Nick at Nickelodeon. 

Additionally, Nick Cannon has landed a syndicated radio show.

Major props to Nick for the big boy moves. Its safe to say he’ll have the teen market on smash!!!! But unless he has a twin I don’t know about, I’d like to know how he plans to manage all three ventures. Clearly all three are full- time jobs.
