Word on the block is that Shaquille O’Neal and VH1 reality star Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander from “Flavor or Love” and “I Love Money” are engaged!!!! The two love birds have reportedly been spotted canoodling all around her home state of Tennessee. Rumor has it that Shaq recently purchased a mansion in Maryville, TN.

Hoopz has definitely landed a big fish this time… she was messing with T.I. back in the day, until Tiny let it be known that she wasn’t going down without a fight…

No confirmation of the engagement has been released as of yet….

Chad Ochocino just can’t keep his tail out of trouble…..

Rumor has it that celebs such as Ashton Kutcher and Kim Kardashian make thousands of dollars from their tweets, but Cincinatti Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco lost thousands for his tweets, $25, 000 buck-a-roos to be exact!

The NFL fined Ochocinco for tweeting during a pre-season game against the Philadelphia Eagles on August 20th. He violated a rule that doesn’t allow social media interaction 90 minutes prior to kickoff and until post-game media.  Chad tweeted a message at 6:50 p.m. and the second at 9:53 p.m. and his game was at 8 p.m. D’OH!

Rumors are swirling that our beloved Whitney Houston is using drugs again.  According to the Natioinal Enquirer, the R&B diva spends more than $300,000 a year on her habit. If that’s not bad enough, her friends are concerned that this downward spiral will soon take her life.

Her friend Marlon David says:

Whitney is a dead woman walking! With the amount of drugs she’s buying, she won’t be able to live long. She’ll be dead in months.

Reports have also indicated that her entourage recruited a drug dealer who sold her $6,000 worth of cocaine during a tour stop in Europe in June and after an “in-depth investigation” it’s rumored that Whitney averages a total of $6,300 a week on drugs. So after you do the math, that’s a whopping $327,600 a year!

My heart aches for Whitney. This story is a prime example that no matter how much talent and beauty one has, they can still fall flat if they don’t keep both feet firmly planted. Alicia Keys announced that she’s dissolving her relationship with long-time manager Jeff Robinson of MBK Entertainment. I am told it was amicable and the split was “mutually agreed upon.” At first, reports claimed A. Keys would  “oversee all aspects of her personal career.” Translation= self-manage.

Now rumors are surfacing that her fiance’ Swizz Beatz will take over as her manager. Our good friends over at NecoleBitchie.com report:

According to another source, Alicia Keys also axed her entire glam squad. “Swizz Beatz is trying to remove anyone from the team that appears to be a threat because of his own insecurities” says the source.

The source also reveals that no one approved of Alicia’s relationship with Swizz Beatz because of the drama and baggage that revolve around the relationship. “Some are questioning his motives“. Case in point, Swizz Beatz pushed for the release of “Put It In A Love Song” featuring Beyonce even though the song received mediocre reviews. He not only produced the song but he co-directed the video. As of right now, the release of the video has been put on hold and they aren’t sure what to do with the video.

The Source goes on to reveal that although Alicia and Swizz Beatz announced their engagement in June, the two have been engaged for about 9 months. Both left their previous relationships to be with each other.

Sometimes you gotta go to grow….I don’t knock her for wanting to revamp her career. But Jeff has been with her since she was 15 or 16, and was the man behind her 12 Grammys. I hope she’s thinking clearly and not being blinded by love.

Word on the street is that our girl Brandy is feeling a little salty after her and Flo Rida called it quits, and rumor has it that he’s now seeing top model Eva Marcille. According to In Touch Brandy isn’t too pleased with the new hook up either!

She’s telling people that she split up with Flo Rida to focus on her own busy life, but Brandy, 31, is actually heartbroken after her man left her for model Eva Marcille. “Brandy just cried,” a friend tells In Touch. Though her rep says, “They were only good friends and not dating,” the friend adds, “She really liked him. She had no idea he would just move on.” Flo Rida  has been publicly stepping out with America’s Next Top Model star Eva, 25. The pair dined at Brandy’s favorite Beverly Hills spot, Crustacean, a few days after cuddling backstage at the BET Awards on June 27.

Amber Rose channels Alice in Wonderland in the cover shoot for the new issue of CreamWorld Magazine! Kanye’s ex-wifey traveled to Toronto to shoot the cover and it’s expected to hit newsstands within the next few weeks.
