A 5-year-old boy in Queens, New York was molested by four of his classmates — all of them in kindergarten. Reports indicate that the assault took place in the bathroom just weeks before school ended.

Four boys, all 6 or 7 years old, held him down, removed his pants and inserted at least one finger into his anus, according to the legal papers.

The young victim, who wears ankle braces because of balance issues, suffered physical injuries and posttraumatic stress disorder, the filing states.

“He’s already started with a psychologist,” said Valero’s lawyer Sean Serpe. ”He’s having nightmares, gender identification issues.”

The boy told his mother and her sister about the attack the next day, saying he had been bullied by the students in the past.

After a night of celebration on New Years Eve, a German man wakes up the next morning unable to remember diddly-squat, including the fact that he got shot in the head. Five years have passed and he noticed a small lump in his head. X rays discovered a 22-caliber bullet, that hadn’t penetrated his skull. Bananas right?! Police speculate that a fellow party-goer may have a fired a gun in celebration.

Ummm *scratching head* ….I can understand if he was drunk the night before, but what about when he woke up the next morning? He didn’t notice blood? He didn’t see a scar on his head as it healed?? ….one of life’s great mysteries I guess.

On Thursday a 603-pound woman in Thailand left her apartment for the first time in three years with the help of Bangkok city hall and a forklift. Yes chile’ the neighbors of 40-year-old Umnuayporn Tongprapai reached out to the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority after news traveled that she needed medical attention to remove a tumor in her right leg.

Tongprapai who is believed to be the heaviest resident of Thailand attracted a media frenzy. Crews from near and afar came to document the event that involved demolition crews, engineers, rescue workers, doctors and nurses.

Tongprapai says:

I’ve been living in this room and have not gone outside for three years. I can walk a little, just enough that I can go to bathroom. But I have to cling to my son the whole way.

Yes people get your thyroid checked. Thyroid issues can cause numerous problems ranging from weight gain/loss, muscle/joint pain and even skin/hair changes. Whew…I’m just so relieved that she is getting the help that she needs and has loving people in her life that are looking out for her. While most of us take some of life’s simple pleasures for granted, Tongprapai says she wants to “go to the sea” and “play in the water.”

A California man, Philip Hodousek, had a surprise waiting for him when he tasted the “chewier-than-usual cheese” in his French onion soup! After moments of chewing the cheese, Hodousek discovered there was a condom in his soup.

Initially the chewy substance was thought to have been a rubber glove until the restaurant’s general manager untied the “rubber glove” and discovered it was a CONDOM!

Wait there’s more…

Hodousek took the condom to get tested and learned there wasDNA on the condom that didn’t belong to him or his wife! Woowwwww!

Needless to say Philip Hodousek and Claim Jumper restaurants reached an agreement for an undisclosed amount that “is not to be construed as an admission of liability by either party,” lawyers for both sides tell the Orange County Register.

Chile’ I know Philip and his family better be sitty “pretty” for the rest of their lives. Ugh…and I hope from now on they stay away from French onion soup!

According to TMZ.com, grammy-award winning artist Faith Evans was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near the Marina Del Rey section of L.A. after authorities detected that the NY native was a bit tipsy. Faye was then arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI on Saturday. Her car was impounded, but she was released Sunday morning. I wonder if this is all propaganda to be aired on one of her upcoming reality show episodes…..hee hee.

In Jackson County, West Virginia, 58-year-old Alice F. Hatcher, was beaten and urinated on by her 5-year-old grandson while her daughter sat there and watched. The boy’s mother, Jessica Hatcher, was arrested on child neglect and incapacitated adult abuse charges for sitting on her behind and not doing a damn thing. 

According to reports, the victim, who suffers from kidney failure, pneumonia and uses a wheelchair and walking aid, told officers how the child began a tantrum earlier that morning, stemming from “simple parenting-type issues.”

Alice says things quickly turned physical when he grabbed her walker and began striking her with it, reports The Daily Mail. He then slapped her and spit in her face. She then tried to protect herself using a cane, but the boy disarmed her and began beating her with it.

This all unfolded as the boy’s mother, Jessica, sat only feet away and ignored her mother’s cries for help because was too engrossed in watching a television program. She told the victim she “can’t do anything with him,” reports The Daily Mail.

The grandmother managed to elude the child and locked herself in a bedroom. But he soon found her and began punching and kicking holes through the door until it gave way and he gained entry. Then he hit her with an aerosol can, she says.

The victim says she got into her wheelchair, exited the home and planned to lock herself in a car, but the boy caught up with her again and knocked her to the ground wielding a mop. That’s when he stood on top of her and urinated on her back, according to reports.

She eventually managed to call 911.

When deputies arrived, the child’s mother admitted that there was an argument but didn’t believe anything inappropriate occurred, citing her mother and son “just don’t click anymore.” She added that parenting “was a burden in general.”

The child is now in custody of a family member who does not live in the home.

Now usually I would say that the child needs to get his ass whooped, but in this case I think the mother is needs to take a few “lickings” as well. I cannot believe the mother just sat there and let her son relieve himself on her disabled mother. Ugh…what is this world coming to?

Talk radio host, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, is catching heat after using the N-word several times on her  show in an effort to make a philosophical point when a black caller, Jade, expressed her concerns about her husband’s friends making racist comments around her. When Jade took offense to the N-word, Schlessinger told Jade she was “hypersensitive” to racism.

Black guys say it all the time. Oh, then I guess you don’t watch HBO or listen to any black comedians.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, Schlessinger teased that if Jade didn’t have a sense of humor regarding racism then she shouldn’t have entered an interracial marriage.

The very next day, Dr. Schlessinger made a public apology on her website radio show…

I ended up, I’m sure, with many of you losing the point I was trying to make, because you were shocked by the fact that I said the word. I, myself, realized I had made a horrible mistake, and was so upset I could not finish the show. I pulled myself off the air at the end of the hour. I had to finish the hour, because 20 minutes of dead air doesn’t work. I am very sorry. And it just won’t happen again.

See… this is why we have to bury the N-word within the black community. Otherwise, other races will verbalize it and then call our use of it -THEIR defense.

The son of former Vice President Dan Quayle, Ben Quayle, is running for a House seat in Arizona and he’s throwing jabs-showing no mercy. In a recent campaign ad, Quayle takes a direct shot a President Obama, by flatly stating, “Barack Obama is the worst president in history.” He goes on to complain, “My generation will inherit a weakened country — drug cartels in Mexico, tax cartels in D.C., What’s happened to America?” He concludes by saying, “Someone needs to go to Washington and knock the hell out of the place.”

Did he really say “I was raised right?”….SMDH

Marquevious Jabar Bell, a 20-year-old man from Rock Hill, South Carolina was locked up on Wednesday after allegedly beating his girlfriend while she was in labor…with HIS child!

Reports indicate the couple checked into the Peidmont Medical Center around 5:00 am after his girlfriend began experiencing labor pains and complained that the medication she was given  “made her groggy.”

The drama began when the two got into a heated argument and Bell slapped her dead across the face, then continued hitting her several times over.

Investigators said his girlfriend passed a note to a member of the hospital staff that read: “please don’t leave the room but make him leave, he ’stressin’ me and I’m scared.” Nurses notified security and Bell was immediately escorted off the premises.

The girlfriend says she tried leaving Bell because of the abuse, but he refuses to accept the break-up.

Bell was arrested and charged with “criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.”

Wow! It never ceases to amaze me what people are capable of doing these days. How could you even think about placing your hands on a woman who is carrying YOUR child? Ugh…I’m disgusted.
