Chad Johnson Refusing To Sign Evelyn Lozada Divorce Papers

Reports are stating that Chad Johnson has no intention of divorcing his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada.
Sources close to the couple say that he’s refusing to sign any divorce papers. Three days following the head-butting incident last month, Evelyn filed for divorce. He was arrested; she received stitches. He was released from NFL’s Miami Dolphins and their spin off show, “Ev & Ocho,” was cancelled. The situation is pretty ugly, and while Lozada has said their relationship cannot be repaired, Johnson seems to think they’ll be fine and is attempting to win her back. He even tattoo’d her face on his leg.
Under Florida law, whether or not Chad does sign the divorce documents, the divorce can still be finalized with a judge’s approval.
