Actor/Singer Terrell Carter: Compromising Positions?!?!?!
Another one bites the dust!!!! Actor/singer Terrell Carter (known for his work in Tyler Perry films) has been photographed in some, how do we say pretty interesting poses… As a matter of fact just take a peak at the scandalous photos here. I know, I know– How do we know that’s really him kissing the guy?? Well, as someone who’s met him before and studied his interesting body art I’d have to say it sure does look like him, even if it’s NOT him.
We’ll just call the guy in the photos “Carter,” and he was outed by his reported ex-beau, Bronx, New York’s Alex Cortez. ”Carter”must’ve really done Alex dirty for him to put him on blast the way he did for all to see. Check out some other pics on Alex’s MySpace page.

Why is it that everytime someone is “outed” ppl in the gay community get so upset and defensive?
Nothing in this add said anything about being gay is a problem, but that depends on one’s religious beliefs!

SO what makes people believe he wasn’t already out of the closet. Maybe him being gay might have not been known by the general public, but I would not be surprised if all of those people close to Terrell knew.

I agree with Curio. It is possible that people close to him knew about his sexuality. He could be gay, he could be bi. Why does anyone care about who he sleeps with anyway? He likes men, get over it. The public’s lack of knowledge of his sexuality doesn’t make him DL. Last time I checked (especially in the Black community) gays are shunned, made fun of, and told to keep it to themselves. He kept it to himself. His boyfriend outed him, so maybe he should be in the hot seat. We assumed (assume= ass+u+me) he’s straight because of his masculine characteristics. The reality is gays are everywhere and come in the same varieties as straight people. Society forces these men to be something they’re NOT so that we can feel comfortable or because OUR religions disagree with it (doesn’t stop adultery or divorce). But when these men decide to be true to themselves, we get upset. I guess my point is, why do we care who this man beds? Why are we not supporting this talented brotha instead of airing his dirty laundry?
It’s messed up that his business got out there in the way that it did. What’s most weird about this story is that so many people approach this allogation of him being gay, or not being gay, like some kind of capital crime. I go to the same guy in Hollywood as he. I know that this guy dates women; but clearly he’s dated men too. To me, it’s an insult to Gay Men to say that he’s gay because of this one particular past relationship with Cortez. To me, it’s the equivalent of someone posting a picture of him coming out of a Chinese Restaurant, and concluding that he must be Chinese. Give this guy a break. This story is mostly meaningless in the grand scheme of things. He’s now not suddenly untalented or not an upright man because of these photos and bitter hearsay from a past relationship.

Well I am a professional photographer and to me the photos look chopped and pasted. Yes it’s his body but this is not a real photo. All the ones I’ve seen and it’s only been 2 pictures look really fake, the way the image appears just does not add up , how are you going to try and prove someone is gay and only have two photos and if he posed for two I’m sure he would have posed for more and the way he is looking in the photos does not look like a pose it looks very set up because there is no interest on Terrell’s part in either picture.
