Pageant Mom Fires Back At Vanessa Williams Over “Toddlers & Tiaras” Comment
Vanessa Williams recently came under fire from a pageant mom for comments made on “Anderson” regarding children in pageants. When the former beauty queen was asked what she thought about it, Williams shared,
When the child is screaming and saying, ‘I don’t want to do this. I don’t feel like doing it.’ When they are using special juice to get them hyped … that’s not my world and I would never have my kids do that.”
The criticism didn’t sit too well with pageant mom Wendy Dickey of “Toddlers & Tiaras,” who shot back at Vanessa,
Posing nude and having an abortion is ‘not my world’ and I would never have my kids do that … so easy on the judging Vanessa!”
Ouch! Her comment was in reference to details Vanessa recently shared in her new book regarding having an abortion in high school and what led her to pose nude for Penthouse, which ultimately cost her the crown as Miss America.
