Lady Gaga was recently spotted at the Mugler Women’s Ready-to-Wear Fall/Winter 2011 fashion show in Paris wearing a very revealing ensemble.

The pop sensation accessorized her all black see-through look with a pair of vintage Chanel 02464 frames.
