Floyd Mayweather Jr. Is A Free Man; Released From Vegas Jail

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been released from a Las Vegas jail after serving two months of his 3-month sentence for domestic violence.

Last December, he was sentenced to jail over an incident that happened in 2010, when he beat up his baby mama in front of their kids. Ironically, the judge allowed Mayweather to fight Miguel Cotto on May 5th, in which he won, and turn himself in later than originally thought-June 1st.

A spokesperson from the Las Vegas Police Department said he was being released due to good behavior. In addition to the jail time, Floyd must also complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. At this point in time, he’s completed nearly half of both.

Leaving the jail, Floyd was all smiles and was joined by his buddy, rapper 50 Cent.
