Ludacris, Keri Hilson & Far East Movement Help Out With ‘Bing Summer of Doing’

Yesterday, Keri Hilson, Ludacris and Far East Movement came together to give back and helped to renovate Osborne High School in Atlanta alongside its students.

To help celebrate Bing’s ‘Summer of Doing,’ the celebs worked with Bing and DoSomething.org volunteers at one of the oldest schools in Cobb County where 87% of the students are eligible for a free lunch. Each musician added their own touch to the project. Keri helped to design a mural that was done to inspire young girls. In the mural, she included her own quote, “dream in color, wake up to a blank canvas, then paint your life with all the colors your heart desires.”

Atlanta native Ludacris took park in Keri’s mural, as well as a Do Something That Matters mural in the cafeteria. He also helped to spruce up the Cardinal Community Classroom, which is newly-purchased, along with the guys from Far East Movement. It’s a mobile classroom that will supply books and other educational things for the local community.

Both Luda and Keri remained tight-lipped of their upcoming projects, but Keri did hint about working with Timbaland in Miami. The rapper is currently in the studio working on his new album Ludaversal, and when asked if there was one person he’d like to collaborate with, he said Eminem. That’d be a hot record!!!

This event was just one of many in a summer long campaign that is aimed to inspire young people to volunteer and in turn give back to the community.

If you are interested in helping out, go to Bing.com/doing for more information about the campaign.
