To The Left: Tina & Mathew Knowles Finally Make Divorce Official
After 31 years of marriage it’s finally official, Tina Knowles and Mathew Knowles are done. The parents to musical powerhouse, Beyonce, initially attempted to divorce back in November 2009, but the matter was dropped in 2010 because neither of them decided to show up for court. A month later, when it was revealed that Mathew was the daddy of former Scrubs actress, Alexsandra White’s, unborn child, Tina headed back to court to get the ball rolling again. In the official documents, Tina claims the marriage was “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities” … which “prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.” For now there is no word on how the racks on racks were split, but you know it’s only a matter of time before those details are spilled.
It’s never a happy moment when couples divorce, but for some reason I can picture Ms. Tina dancing around to Single Ladies as we speak.
