Jennifer Williams’ Bentley To Be Repossessed
Jennifer Williams can’t seem to catch a break these days. With reports that she’s been axed from VH1′s hit reality show, “Basketball Wives,” Williams is now in jeopardy of losing her Bentley.
The Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in Syosset, NY has just filed a lawsuit against Williams. They claim she stopped making payments on her used 2006 Bentley back in 2009, and now they want the car back. The corporation has tried to repossess the car without taking legal action, but they now want a court to make Williams give it back. They also want Williams to pay the outstanding balance on the vehicle- $92,310.
A rep for Williams told TMZ,
Jennifer hasn’t been served documents in reference to this lawsuit. Anything related to community property acquired during the marriage, such as the car, is an issue that is currently being addressed in her divorce proceedings.”
