After announcing that Usher’s Raymond Vs. Raymond album would be arriving early, Jive now says the disc is being delayed with no new date in place. A label rep explains to Billboard, “This is a solid album that we believe in. We want to give it a proper launch.”

Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton are settling on names for their first child. Thicke tells People, “We like Julian if it’s a boy and Isabella if it’s a girl.” The baby is due in May.
50 Cent and Taco Bell have settled a suit the rapper filed last year. 50 sued Taco Bell for a million dollars in damages for using his name and likeness, saying the fast-food chain made him the “star of a nationwide campaign” without his permission. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Newlyweds Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, who tied the knot in September after a quickie courtship, have purchased a luxe new love nest, according to People.com. It’s in Mulholland Park Estates in Tarzana, Calif., and quite the starter home — one with seven bedrooms and nine-bathroom homes tucked inside a gated community. The price? Nearly $4 million, a rep for Kardashian confirmed. The house’s perks include include a pool with a spa, waterfall and cabanas, parking for 15 cars, a home theater, steam room, gym, guest quarters and fully landscaped gardens.
Filmmaker Tyler Perry has donated $1 million to the NAACP to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the civil rights organization. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People says the gift announced Monday is the largest donation from an individual in the organization’s history. It will be distributed over four years.
