Tony Parker Sues WIP Nightclub For $20 Million Over Drake/Chris Brown Fight

NBA player Tony Parker is suing WIP Nightclub in NYC for $20 million for his injuries he sustained in the Chris Brown vs Drake brawl. The San Antonio Spurs star filed the lawsuit yesterday in NY State Supreme Court saying the club’s security was negligent and should never have allowed both Brown and Drake and their crews in the club at the same time. The lawsuit also states that club management, “knowing there was “bad blood between Drake and Brown,” was driven by the almighty buck and continued selling alcohol to the participants in the brawl, despite the fact that some were “visibly intoxicated.”

Parker says he was hit by shards of glass from the bottles that were thrown, suffering lacerations to his cornea. His injury does affect his career, and with his upcoming performance in the Olympics with the French national bball team, he’s already been sidelined from practicing as his eye heals.

It is not yet known if Brown or Drake will be added as defendants.
