steve

This just in….

First he conquered comedy, then tv, radio, the literary world, and now he’s headed to film. “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man”, the first book penned by comedian/radio personality Steve Harvey may be headed to the big screen!

Sweeping the nation earlier this year, Harvey’s book has not only earned the admiration of fans but the respect of Oprah Winfrey and now Screen Gems.

A humourous book filled with advice for women who simply wish to understand their male counterparts better, rights to Harvey’s book were officially snapped up by Screen Gems this week.

According Variety, the book will be turned into a feature with Will Packer as producer and Harvey acting as executive producer.

  1. Danng Steve really got a second life from doing radio. he would have fell off by now if not for his radio show. good for him.

  2. Wow….you steal a book and get a movie from it wow….

  3. How do you know he stole that book. See what I’m sayin’… that lady claimed he stole her book and now people like you believe it. Anyone can lie and claim anything but that doesn’t make it true. If you read in the paper that Obama was really a white man would you believe that too?? Of course not.

  4. @soopalova…please take a vist to smoking gun they talk about Steve ass and he’s been fighting to get shit remove for the longest…why do u think Oprah pulled from their deal…Oprah was going to help Steve get his own show…Steve Harvey is a liar and I do research before I comment…I understand you are a Steve fan nothing wrong with that…someone gives relationship advice and been married three times and barely take care of his children and was abusive to his ex-wife…please the list goes on and on…

  5. Hope the movie is better than the book. I personally didn’t think the book was all that great. Some of the things he said didn’t even make any sense and it was so repetitive.

  6. @ sunshine: I was thinking the same thing. He was accused of plagiarism. So I’m assuming it was straighten out.
