Why don’t people buy properties and cars out right without the debt. Most professionas do not believe in paying cash for items. One thing I can say is that he always had the Christmas spirit, His house and the yard, and fence around the house was always beautifully decorated. Both houses are in foreclosure. You would think that he would have paid for one to make sure he had a place to live. Poor thang!
