 Beyonce officially premiered the “Move Your Body Flash Workout!” video in support of 1st Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign. The vid features the diva busting a move in the lunchroom along with students doing everything from the dougie to the running man. And looking fab while doing it, I might add. *wink* The song incorporated different types of dance and music including salsa and dancehall. Love the variety! This is sure to get kids as well as adults “moving their body!” Oww!

The Flashworkout video will be played in participating schools across the country on May 3rd. Get it B! *busts my dougie*
