Beyonce To Retire Single Ladies Dance???
We are hearing that Beyonce is on the verge of putting the ‘Single Ladies’ dance routine to rest… According to sources, B doesn’t want the dance to turn into a long-running joke.
A source from Bey’s camp said:
“Beyonce loves the fact the video and the routine have been so huge and has really enjoyed performing ‘Single Ladies’ live but that’s it now, she’s moving on… She doesn’t want to be part of a long-term joke. That’s not to say she doesn’t get a big kick out of watching other people do it.”
Ok…kinda makes sense especially because she’s no longer a ‘single lady’. But I’ll bet it was Liza Minelli’s “Single Ladies” dance routine in Sex in the City 2 that put the nail on the coffin for Beyonce. Imagine a 72 year old in knee high boots and booty shorts!!! I’m done…
