Christina Milian Responds To Marriage Proposal Rumor
Christina Milian responded today to the story I broke yesterday in regards to her alleged engagement to The Dream:
“Just woke up from finishing some work in the studio late last night to some eager phone calls as to whether or not I am Engaged…. No, I am not. Point blank, period. Pretty funny. I really don’t have a lot to say about it… I think since I announced the title of my new album “Elope” these rumors seem to be looming around lately… It’s an album title and a title track. And to me “Elope” represents taking control of my life and being an adult making my own responsible decisions. Despite anyone’s judgement…. I have not run off and Eloped either, LOL. So….that being said.. Stay focused and to anyone who thinks my life is a Publicity stunt… GROW UP. Life is short, enjoy it and stop picking on what I do. Cause if you don’t know, I am definitely enjoying life!

I purposely waited a few hours to post this, because I wanted to make a few calls to triple check my original source. We all know how certain record labels have been known to orchestrate publicity stunts to hype up artists albums. According to two additional sources close to The Dream’s camp, this alleged engagement is the real deal Holyfield!!! Christina and I are friendly, and if she is denying the reports at this time then perhaps she wasn’t ready to make this leaked information public.
In the past, stories that I have broken first in my BET entertainment reports have been denied vehemently,only to be confirmed later by the parties’ actions….Remy Ma and Papoose’s signed-sealed-and-delivered marriage, as well as Kelly Rowland’s break from Mathew Knowles. Sooooooo, am I still batting 1000?? Game not over……

She’s not dumb enough to marry him, I wouldn’t be surprised if Dream himself started this rumor. I mean this is the same dude who came out saying he was basically producing Mariah’s whole new album MC3. And she shot both the rumors down. He did like two tracks for her on it and wanted to act like he was the main dude lol. His ego is hilarious, well actually I don’t think he truly has an ego, because if he did he wouldn’t have to make shit up and pretend that he really believes he’s the greatest R&B act of the generation.

There’s a better chance of me having a 3-some with Da Brat and that chick from Total than this rumor being legit. Christina is using him for beats for new new album. He could technically rename himself to “Dre Jr” or Cool Jr whichever one she was messing with. Or “Mr. Sloppy Seconds”

I bet you a stack of money that nobody would give a damn about Miss Milian if she didn’t dye her hair that crazy ass color or if there was no Dream. Did u notice in her response she didn’t deny being in a relationship with him?? Personally I think it’s true but she probably got all shook up once Egypt and the media got a hold of it. Let’s see if he actually comes out and denies the engagement proposal story. Time will tell!
huh DaTruth? Christina is 10x more well known than The Dream, he’s sort of popular at the moment but Christina has been around for years. If anything he’s using her to boost his name, she was established well before he was a wanna be star having sex with the groupies who weren’t good enough for the real r&b stars.
