Women are always at each others throats and gossiping dumb sh^t about one another. But the second its time to gang up on a man, their tighter than rope fibers. All the female are on here sticking up for Kelis as if they knew her personally. Bytch please, they were both cheating. From the time her drunk coke headed ass stumbled out the limo to fuck with those undercover cops then got arrested for me to bail her messy ass out. I would have filed and signed those divorce papers ASAP. Nas is a pot head himself, so of course he overlooked that warning beacon of an incident. SMH!

kelis is full of sh*t. How the hell you get $40,000 every month from an
entertainer and you’re an entertainer. I know she just had a baby, but what the hell was she doing with her money in the first place. She should have invested or saved dough, or get off her ass and record music like she was doing. Everybody makes mistakes, and in my opinion, they both were probably cheating, but how the hell is $40,000 a month needed to take care of one child. If she wants to maintain her standard of living, she should get off her lazy ass and go get it

right now he may be at his worst but the wife job is to pull him out of this and stick it out. If u give up on him now then u are a quitter so give it your all. I don’t know the specifics of the divorce, but from the sounds of things they were both doing their thing on the side. Kelis probably cheated based on the sex tape and she is a natrual flirt who loves attention. Nas was probably doing what celebs do… succumbing to the carnal tempation that presents itself every day. There is not one male celebrity (good looking and ugly and some more than others) who doesn’t have a chic, who will do them in a heartbeat. All you have to do is give the nod to one of them. Repeat this temptation 365 days a year and eventually the dude will give in. I dont understand why celebrity wives cant just accept the fact that the celebrity men will cheat and think of the whole relationship and all the benefits beyond fidelity. Good provider, good father, keeps you looking good. The smart women accept this and the fools make noise about it. Ya’ll been conditioned to think that cheating is the worst thing a man can do, truth is it aint!

It’s a celebrity “romance”/ trainwreck that was years in the making. He should have gotten to know her better and waited for Pharrel Williams semen to dry up before he got hitched with her. I think they BOTH are to blame for taking vows and not realizing that the vows should having been VERY SACRITE and RESPECTED.. second I think NO ONE really knows whats going on in someone elses relationship (behind closed doors) reguardless how close friends are, we are still told only what THEY want us to know trust me its TWO sides to EVERY story.. But it would be a REAL SHAME for this child to come in between such a mess. I think they should have more CONCERN for the BABY and it’s FUTURE not their stupid ass SELFISHNESS. Man or Woman both are wrong when the DISRESPECT for both start. PEOPLE when a couple breaks up BOTH sides lose ALL RESPECT for them self and the other half including the children if any. The way I look at it is FRIENDS ALL FRIENDS should be a lil distance that ONLY showing your friend that you RESPECT their decision on starting a new life with your LIFETIME partner. How can a friend be more IMPORTANT then your BETTER or OTHER half? I see the problem. Fuck a friend if they cant understand you have a life and that your all grown up now. ya CAN NOT marry if you still wanna hang out all the time with your friends, GROW THE FUCK UP already their is a CHILD involved. Can WE as BLACK people have a normal life or even family? or is it that its just to hard for BLACK people to come to their sense to even know YES WE CAN?? COME ON MY PEOPLE. @careless…..Its difficult for any of us to say whats really up between them. I am just sad they didn’t work out. Prior to the divorce filing, I thought they were happily married. That just goes to show that looks can be very deceiving. But in response to your comment..

My response is that I don’t!! When I interviewed Treach about the alleged abuse with Pepa, I was accused of always taking the man’s side. There is no side at all. There’s also very rarely right or wrong or black or white. Most of the time situations like these are complicated and live in the ‘grey area’. Consider this….perhaps both of them cheated, both of them mistreated each other, and perhaps both of them were miserable in the marraige…..now who’s wrong??? Both of them or neither of them!!! Its complicated.

We’re all entitled to our opinion but that doesn’t make Kelis or Nas monsters. Lets see how it all plays out!
