Yesterday, the news of veteran music executive, Chris Lighty’s, death hit the industry hard.

He was found at his home in the Bronx with a gunshot to the head from an apparent suicide. No note was left but a 9 mm handgun was found. A-list musicians took to Twitter to extend their condolences.
