Cops Over the Top?!?!?! … You Be the Judge
I’ve been hearing about a clip swirling around the Internet that shows a policewoman tackling down an 80-year-old woman in a Wal-Mart parking lot because she had a small pocket knife, which is disturbing to think about, so I decided to search for the clip… and viola here it is.
This is some pretty crazy ish… I don’t know about y’all but this cop is clearly going above and beyond for the law. I mean, it’s not like the 80-year-old can run away. Like seriously, how far would she get?!?!? I just really think things could’ve been handled differently. This is pretty sad to watch… Police Brutality at it’s finest.

THAT IS A SHAME! And the bad part about it is nothing probably even happens to that officer. This was clearly a matter of EXCESSIVE force. What the hell can an 80 year lady do? Its not like she was trying to attack anybody and its apparent she cant walk that fast. That police lady needs are azz beat. I mean BEAT! Thats was uncalled for. This lady could have died due to the head injury she sustained. The way her head was bleeding she sustained more than just a minor injury. I hate how these whyte cops always feel they can do whatever they want to people. I wish I was there b/c they woulda had a riot in that parking lot. I want to file a damn complaint against that officer myself. Thats ridiculous and just another reminder to us Blacks of how police brutality is alive and thriving. I sure hope something happens to the cop that did this but Im not gone hol dmy breath on it. But if i find out this cops name, i will be calling that police department, city mayor, or whoever because its time we (Blacks) take a stand for each other and this is clearly the case where it needs to happen.

So the next time YOU get called to jury duty, YOU send a loud and clear message to cops; if it has ANY an odor of impropriety, then THEY are to be taken to task!
Cops are there to protect and serve, not to intimidate and harass and they certainly DON’T get to “make it up as they go along!”
That was very disturbing! That is y i dont deal wi the police, and i dont trust them. I can’t see the video but I’m sure the police really didn’t have to use excessive force with an 80 year old woman, whether she failed to follow procedure or not. I mean at 80 people are pretty much set in their ways and feel they do not have to do what people tell them to do. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t have much strength, they probably could have just taken the knife from her w/o much of a struggle at all.
And of course police officers take advantage of their profession, every day somewhere. While they are here to protect and serve, they are making more and more citizens, especially Blacks, lose trust and respect for them. There need to be something done about the way officers are being allowed to treat people that they allege pose a threat to them, when all the time we know that isn’t the case.

When dealing with elderly people you have to first understand that they are fragile. Second, every elderly person is different. Some have alzheimer’s, loss of hearing, etc. That cop could have easily walked up to the lady and just took the damn knife. Its not like the lady was coming at anybody with the knife, she was just standing there. Im still trying to figure out where you saw this old lady coming at the cop with the knife. Evidently you have comprehension problems b/c that wasnt the case. That cop didnt know if that lady could even comprehended what she was asking. She’s old ASSHOLE! WTF could that lady have done with that knife to harm anybody UNLESS THEY LET HER?! You are so damn ignorant and Im so tired of you ignorant azz people posting stupid comments! The first statement you made is what was uncalled for. Just think about it for a minute….what if it was your mom or grandma? Would you feel the same way? That they deserved it or would you be mad? Be honest….the shyt was f’d up. And making crack statements about that lady is showing ur ignorance. That lady could’ve been hard of hearing or anything. There was no reason for them to use the force they used against her, regardless of what anyone says. Sure, they can say it was standard procedures, but thats just a way to justify their wrongdoing. If it were their family, I promise you this would not have went down this way.

A lot of the time when it comes to cops it is a racial issue. And it is race when its an elderly Black lady against all white copes. BE FOR REAL, JOHN! Dont try and sugarcoat the obvious. True, alzheimer’s people can hurt others, but this lady clearly was not trying to hurt anybody. And she could barely walk so WTH could she have done to harm somebody? You cant sit and say that just because some old folks commit crimes that this is justified. Any person with the gift of vision can see that this lady, in no shape or form, had the strength to hurt anybody and she wasnt trying to. Your right, its not right for any person to hurt someone regardless of their age, BUT this video clearly shows that this isnt the case. This lady was harmless. If that cop wanted to, she could have just taken the damn knife. Whose to say the lady could even comprehend what was being asked of her. You have to have more sympathy for elderly people. And I see that you didnt speak on your ethnicity so I must be right that your a white man. And regardless of how you want to put it, if this were your mother, grandmother, sister, or even another white women I assure you that your views would be different. If cops aren’t taught a lesson, they’ll just get worse. I’d suggest shooting one or two, if you do, they’d settle down. Cops aren’t unlike bullies, if you show some backbone, they’ll leave you alone and find some other weak person to pick on!

For you to say that Black people need to start raising their kids together and that would resolve the issue…..I know many Black families that have the mom and dad and their kids are worst than the ones who were raised by a single parent so thats NOT the issue. The issue is that there are corrupt cops that get away with murder because of the color of their skin. And on that note, if you want to bring in the fact that Black communities raise kids in single-parent homes let me just say this…..in the WHITE community kids are raised with both a mom and dad that are well established and have good reputations in their community. If you check the statistics, these are the same kids that stay in trouble all the time with the law, BUT the reason why its not focused on as much as kids in the Black community is because on numerous occasions these well-off White parents make sure what they’re kids do stay on the hush, hush. They get a slap on the wrist by some judge their parents may eat lunch with on occasions and get placed right back in society to become Kansas City bombers and Columbine High rampage shooters. See its not just in the Black community, John. The Black community is just more focused on because they WANT us to look like the problem. There’s a white boy here in my city that is the son of a sheriff. His son hit a 3yr old Black girl speeding through the neighborhood. This little girl eventually died. Do you know what they did to him? NOTHING! His dad was the sheriff that responded to the call and he sent his son home. Didnt lock him up or nothing. That same son got in trouble with the law not even a month later. Guess what they did to him? NOTHING. Then his father and two other sheriffs pulled over a truck of Black men that they claim fit the description of suspects. While these men were in the road laying down with their hands on their head, this same sheriff shot one of those men in the head and killed him. The man was UNARMED! Do you know what they did to him? NOTHING! This man lost his life for no reason and he wasnt even the suspect they were looking for. So tell me, John, how do you justify that? Better yet, tell me the last time you saw a Black kid on tv for shooting up a school or bombing a building?…..I’ll wait……

Ridiculous! You know this is all of our grandmother. So what if she had a knife, the officer took it out of her hand before she slammed her. What the h was wrong with this officer. Hey back to the story at hand.If you look at the video you can clearly see that the cop had the old lady hand and would been able to take the knife!
