Beyonce Stuns In Red In First Post Baby Appearance
New mothers everywhere drank a collective glass of haterade when new mom Beyonce stepped out last night, one month after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter, sporting sick killer curves like she was never pregnant at all. Wearing a skin tight red ruched 3/4 sleeve dress by Alice Temperly, multicolored Christian Louboutin pumps and a gold Alexander McQueen clutch, Beyonce came out to support hubby Jay-Z at his first performance at Carnegie Hall which benefited the United Way and the Shawn Carter Foundation. Even though King Bey clearly had baby Blue on her mind, sporting a huge blue rock on her finger and electric blue nails, that didn’t stop her from attending the afterparty at Jay’s 40/40 club where she chatted with friends and chowed down on wings with Mama Tina, Jay and Nas in VIP.
