Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey celebrated their 5th anniversary by renewing their vows at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

Reports say that the couple hosted 250 guests for the party that took place on Tuesday, which was also their twins second birthday. Moroccan and Monroe were with mom and dad for this special trip.

Inside the “Dream Suite” near the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, the Grammy-winning singer and “American Idol” judge donned a princess-inspired bridal gown and, with daughter Monroe, departed via horse-drawn crystal carriage, taking them down Main Street — finally meeting Cannon and Moroccan (both of them wearing white suits similar to the Prince’s costume in Cinderella) at the Sleeping Beauty Castle. There, the foursome walked down the aisle together, with the twins eventually taking their seats in the front row.

After the renewals — themed “do you believe in fairy tales?” — the couple was treated to a surprise fireworks show. Guests then made their way to Fantasyland (escorted by Cinderella footman Major Domo) for champagne toast and reception, with Cannon DJing the night. The reception area featured 15,000 flowers and 10,000 crystals.

The entire park was closed to the public for the night so guests could ride the attractions without a wait. “Dem Babies” were the guests of honor earlier in the night, celebrating their birthdays at the Fantasy Faire section of the park.”

These two surely like to go big when they celebrate their marriage. Last year, they renewed their vows beneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Mariah Carey has uploaded a short 25-second teaser of a new song, “Beautiful,” on which she duets with Miguel.

Reports say that the video was directed by Joseph Kahn and has been completed. A PA on the set tweeted out,

Working on a Mariah Carey + Miguel video for the man Joseph Kahn, wouldn’t trade this for 1,000 Coachellas.”

The release date is set for May 6th. Mariah is said to be working on her first studio album (of non-holiday songs) since 2009′s “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.” She’ll be working with producers Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Rodney Jerkins and Jermaine Dupri.

Yesterday, the net was swirling with rumors that Mariah Carey may be getting the boot from “American Idol” due to low ratings, and that Jennifer Lopez, who was a judge on the show last season, would be coming back.

Carey’s husband, Nick Cannon, has spoken out on these reports. He told Access Hollywood,

Whatever happens with that show, I think she’s had a great time.”

Mariah’s rep has denied the reports that she was on the outs, and Cannon says that regardless of any outcome, his wife is a force to be reckoned with anyway you look at it.

But she’s a global superstar. I don’t think she’s ever in need of a job. She made a decision to do that show because she really wanted to connect with the contestants. I don’t think she’s thinking about the future of it.”

This season’s ratings are the lowest Idol has ever seen since the show debuted in 2002 so there most likely will be backlash of some sort. We will have to wait and see what happens!

Yesterday was St. Paddy’s Day and “American Idol” judge Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon dressed up to the nines in their green and their two-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, got in on the fun too!

Mariah took to Instagram and posted some photos of her family. She wore a tiara that said, “Queen of the Green” and Nick wore shamrock glasses and an emerald top hot. They really all got decked out!!

Dem babies are little mini-me’s of their mom and dad. Such an adorable family!

Mariah Carey’s new single, “Almost Home,” from the upcoming movie, “Oz The Great and Powerful” has been released.

Co-written by MC, with Simone Porter, Justin Gray and Lindsey Ray, the ballad shows off those famous pipes Carey has. The song was produced by Stargte.

Famed photog David LaChapelle will direct the video, set to come out March 8th.

Last night was the premiere of the new season of “American Idol” with judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey. They were joined on the judges panel by Keith Urban and veteran Randy Jackson in New York City for the first day of auditions.

There’s been a lot of hype surrounding this season has been about the tension between Mariah and Minaj and there was certainly no lack of action last night. The two seemed to argue about everything and throw insults at one another constatly. In one particular moment, the ladies were in the elevator and Carey seemed to take issue with Minaj’s large hat.

I wanted to bring my dog,” said Carey when she saw Minaj’s white, fluffy drum major’s hat sitting on the judges’ desk. “We can have accessories? I didn’t know that was allowed. But that’s the last thing I’m going to say.” ‘Play nice,’ said Minaj. “I actually love the hat,” said Carey. ‘But why’d you have to reference the hat?’ asked Minaj. ‘In the elevator you said, “Stop looking me up and down, Mariah.” “I wasn’t. I was admiring the hat,” said Carey.”

They also bickered over the film “Mean Girls” later in the show, when Mariah challenged Nicki to reference the movie correctly. How old are these women again?!?

Jackson said “It’s going to be wild.”

That it is! Lol.

Catch another night of Idol tonight as the judges take on Chicago for auditions. The show airs at 8pm on FOX.
