After two years, Nick Cannon is stepping down from his Top 40 radio show, ‘Cannon’s Countdown.’

The CBS Radio nationally syndicated radio show has been on the air since April 2011. In a press statement Nick said,

I am extremely grateful to have had a broadcast home with CBS Radio. It has been an amazing experience working with the team these past few years. I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from my on air duties in radio in order to have the time to dedicate to NCredible Entertainment and the various projects that I have on my plate in film, TV, retail and a new album. It is my plan to return to radio and my listeners very soon through my music.”

His last broadcast will be on June 8th and in fun news, Cannon will be reviving ” Wild N Out” after a 6 year hiatus. The show will begin July 0th on MTV2.

Cannon will also return as host of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” which premieres its fifth season next month.

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey celebrated their 5th anniversary by renewing their vows at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

Reports say that the couple hosted 250 guests for the party that took place on Tuesday, which was also their twins second birthday. Moroccan and Monroe were with mom and dad for this special trip.

Inside the “Dream Suite” near the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, the Grammy-winning singer and “American Idol” judge donned a princess-inspired bridal gown and, with daughter Monroe, departed via horse-drawn crystal carriage, taking them down Main Street — finally meeting Cannon and Moroccan (both of them wearing white suits similar to the Prince’s costume in Cinderella) at the Sleeping Beauty Castle. There, the foursome walked down the aisle together, with the twins eventually taking their seats in the front row.

After the renewals — themed “do you believe in fairy tales?” — the couple was treated to a surprise fireworks show. Guests then made their way to Fantasyland (escorted by Cinderella footman Major Domo) for champagne toast and reception, with Cannon DJing the night. The reception area featured 15,000 flowers and 10,000 crystals.

The entire park was closed to the public for the night so guests could ride the attractions without a wait. “Dem Babies” were the guests of honor earlier in the night, celebrating their birthdays at the Fantasy Faire section of the park.”

These two surely like to go big when they celebrate their marriage. Last year, they renewed their vows beneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Yesterday, the net was swirling with rumors that Mariah Carey may be getting the boot from “American Idol” due to low ratings, and that Jennifer Lopez, who was a judge on the show last season, would be coming back.

Carey’s husband, Nick Cannon, has spoken out on these reports. He told Access Hollywood,

Whatever happens with that show, I think she’s had a great time.”

Mariah’s rep has denied the reports that she was on the outs, and Cannon says that regardless of any outcome, his wife is a force to be reckoned with anyway you look at it.

But she’s a global superstar. I don’t think she’s ever in need of a job. She made a decision to do that show because she really wanted to connect with the contestants. I don’t think she’s thinking about the future of it.”

This season’s ratings are the lowest Idol has ever seen since the show debuted in 2002 so there most likely will be backlash of some sort. We will have to wait and see what happens!

Yesterday was St. Paddy’s Day and “American Idol” judge Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon dressed up to the nines in their green and their two-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, got in on the fun too!

Mariah took to Instagram and posted some photos of her family. She wore a tiara that said, “Queen of the Green” and Nick wore shamrock glasses and an emerald top hot. They really all got decked out!!

Dem babies are little mini-me’s of their mom and dad. Such an adorable family!

Kevin Hart’s hit show, “The Real Husbands of Hollywood” on BET has been renewed for a second season.

Hart, the mastermind behind the show, will be joined by  Nick Cannon, Boris Kodjoe, Duane Martin, Robin Thicke and J.B. Smoove. The first season was a hit and garnered over 4 million viewers so BET’s President Stephen Hill ordered up another 12 episodes for another season without hesitation.

When we launched this series in January, we knew our audience would have as much fun watching it as we he had making it, and since it has been on the air, fans have voiced on social media that they want more. So this was a pretty simple decision: ‘Hey! Let’s make more!’”

It appears the guys have already started to film for the second season. This weekend Hart tweeted out,

Starting filming season 2 of RHOH today. We are taking this show 2 another level MITCHES.”

Mariah Carey and hubby, Nick Cannon, were in Australia over the holidays and of course had their adorable twins, Moroccan and Monroe with them.

The family was down under for a New Years day concert at the Gold Coast Exhibition Centre near the city of Brisbane. Cannon brought 20-month-old ‘Dembabies’ up on stage to be with their mommy. Roc shyed away from the mic but Roe seemed to have a lot more to say! Lol
