Last night, the 22nd annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards were held at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Solange Knowles rocked a natural ‘do & colorful dress.

Gold medal Olympian, Gabrielle Douglas, traded in her gymnastics uniform for a beautiful dress and some heels.

R&B powerhouse, Mary J. Blige was also in attendance.

As was “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star, NeNe Leakes.

Tyra Banks gave the camera her best model pose.

And singer Pharrell was seen sporting a ‘stache.

The New York Post is reporting that Tyra Banks and John Utendahl, her boyfriend of more than three years, have split and Tyra has gone off on a trip to Bali. A source says that she is…

“…on a spiritual trip. Tyra has gone away with a female friend and has been island-hopping, visiting Bali and taking a spiritual retreat.”

While Tyra seems to be on a journey to find herself, Utendahl, on the other hand, has since been spotted out and about with a Russian model. Guess he isn’t too heartbroken???

Tyra’s rep did confirm that she was traveling but didn’t touch upon anything else.

I do no comment on Tyra’s personal life.”

Actress Holly Robinson Peete kept things more casual but still looked great!

Will.I.Am looked fly, and he provided the music and entertainment throughout the night.

Banks is currently taking an executive education course geared towards entrepreneurs with hopes of walking out with Ivy League certified credentials. Owww!

Word in the streets is that her Wall Street investment banker boyfriend, John Utendahl, may have had an “educational influence” on the 37-year-old modelesque diva!

Beyonce will make a guest appearance on Britain’s Next Top Model on Monday! The diva will present one of the challenges to the hopeful models. Their challenge will be to shoot the commercial for her new fragrance, HEAT.

The fact that Mrs. Carter has agreed to guest on Britain’s Top Model, but never on Tyra Banks‘ Top Model makes me wonder, what type of pull Brit model Elle Macpherson has over Tyra?

Oh well… too bad we don’t get British channels here in the US, that’s gonna be an episode to see…. but I’m sure Americans will be able to stream the popular show online! POW!

Yesterday my girls got together and threw me the bridal shower of my dreams! My bridal shower took place at the beautiful Michael Anthony’s restaurant and marina on the picturesque Hudson River in Jersey City.  Over 50 of my closest friends attended and dined on a scrumptious brunch that included french toast, quiche, penne, and mimosas.

There was a contest to see which team could design the best wedding dress using TOILET PAPER!! Yes chile’…

….whew it’s amazing how creative women can get with toilet paper…lol!
