Family Affair: The Houstons Celebrate Show Launch & Hit Up “The View”
The family of the late, great Whitney Houston are in full publicity mode to promote the premiere of their new Lifetime reality show “The Houstons: On Our Own.” The cast, which includes Bobbi Kristina, Nick Gordon, Cissy, Pat Houston, Gary Houston and Rayah (Pat’s daughter), hit the red carpet for the show’s launch party held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. Bobbi Kris looked very comfy in the arms of her adopted brother turned alleged fiancé Nick, as the two posed and smooched for cameras.
After a night of partying it was back to business as Pat, Cissy and Rayah sat down with the ladies of “The View” to talk about the show and the line of Whitney inspired photo books, candles and album coming out. When pressed about the idea that the show might be exploiting Whitney’s only child Bobbi Kris, Pat claimed that she doesn’t feel the reality show exploits Bobbi Kristina in any way, although the family isn’t too keen on her relationship with Nick.

Still not sure if this reality show was a good idea so soon after Whitney’s death, but time will tell.
