Gloria Govan Takes A Shot At “Basketball Wives”
After all of the drama that occurred Season 4 of “Basketball Wives,” in Miami, Gloria Govan, a member of the cast of “Basketball Wives: L.A.,” is saying that their upcoming season is going to take a different approach.
When BBW: LA first aired the cast members were catty with one another in almost every single episode. The fight that happened on the first episode between Laura Govan and Malaysia raised a few eyebrows, and viewers were almost looking at the Miami cast as though they wore halo’s, but then Season 4 happened down South… bottles thrown, lawsuits, well, you get the picture.
Gloria was asked how she feels her show looks compared to BBW, and she said,
Aside from the first fight that we had, like that was our first scene, ‘Basketball Wives: L.A.’ is a little bit more mature.”
She said the new season of BBW: L.A. will definitely keep things interesting, but without objects being thrown.
Don’t get me wrong, you’re definitely going to see drama, but you’re not gonna see us throwing bottles and trying to hit each other. I just think that’s overdone.”
Time will tell…
