Ricki Lake Making A Return To Daytime TV

Right on the heels of Oprah Winfrey ending her long stint on the air, Ricki Lake has decided it’s time for a comeback.
There are lots of changes coming up with television: Katie Couric has landed a syndication deal, Rosie O’Donnell will be back on TV this fall, and Tyra Banks’ show is coming to an end as well.

Ricki is confirmed to do another syndicated daytime show with Twentieth Television fall 2012, which is right around the same time Couric’s show will begin.
Can someone say ratings war???
Let’s not forget…with all of the recent soap opera cancellations, daytime TV is going to have A LOT of time slots to fill.
