We have more details on what caused Gary Coleman‘s fatal fall….

A close friend tells Us Weekly that Gary fell after undergoing an intense four-hour dialysis session. The Diff’rent Strokes star, who had congenital kidney disease, received three dialysis treatments a week. After returning to his Santaquin, Utah home Wednesday, he fell and hit his head causing an intra-cranial hemorrhage. Pal Jeremy Spence says, “Dialysis had taken a lot out of him that day. He just wanted to go home, but he was pretty weak. He had no strength at all.” Gary died two days later. So Sad…

His funeral will be held in Salt Lake City this weekend.
